Thanks for such a net summary on how to not "overload" your executives with the briefing. Loving all of your content. You sure lead by example when it comes to sharing content of relevant and practical value to your audience.

I have a tip to share about reports for senior executives. In particular, your headlines. One technique that I've found helps influence senior decision makers is to turn each headline into a key point. Instead of topic title, articulate one key insight. So, for example, on the key initiatives slide, your headline might be "Mashable continues to be most popular with in-store buyers -- primarily fuelled by the Spring coupon campaign".

That way, your execs look forward to the report each week - because it gives them something tangible and an insight about their customers that they can't get from anywhere else.
