Brown has the Latino vote. Whites aren't a majority and a good number of them are Demos. Orange county used to be Republican but the influx of Latinos it has changed. Look at the # of Latino or Mexican-American legislators compared to 20 years ago. The majority of Latinos vote Democrats, so do blacks.
