Nevertheless, we don't know how to fund/deposit from Ghana west africa to our payoneer account. Please help us cos we desperately want to make a deposit from our local bank to our account.

If you have the option to withdraw to your bank account you can withdraw your funds to your local bank. However, to use your funds you don't need to do so- you can use your Payoneer cards to make online purchases (in any store that would accept MasterCard)

Even if you card has yet to arrive, you can already start receiving funds to your account.

The global collection account allows you to receive payments from US based companies only, and not from private people. If your friend's fund are from a business she may send them to you.

in order to have you card funded you must load it with funds from either partners and global collecting accounts. Once your account is loaded you may start using it for different purposes such as online shopping.
