"Lauren Conrad Celebrates Sweet, Girly Bridal Shower: PICS ยป"

as opposed to a sour manly bridal shower? and why is this person still relevant?

Danielle • 9 years ago

So rude!

Guest • 9 years ago

No, whatever is correct. Lauren Conrad hasn't been relevant for years and yet she is still getting featured in rag magazines.
She must pay a pretty penny to keep her worthless self in the press.

Danielle • 9 years ago

Wow how is she worthless? This is a gossip magazine. They can write about whoever they want to. For the record she is an author and a designer.

Truman's Mom • 9 years ago

A very successful author and designer.

And you're free to ignore my comments. Have a good day.

LC-Lauren Conrad at all Kohl's stores, Paper Crown, The Little Market, and Blue Avocado XO(ECO) all under 30 and still not relevant?

Guest • 9 years ago

Bully for her. There are a lot of young entrepreneurs out there that don't get this kind of coverage. The only reason she does is because she was once on a cruddy show and because she pays media outlets to cover her.
Over exposure is not a wise marketing strategy.

Norman Garza • 9 years ago

How does pointing out her successes make me a bully? Do you know what a bully really is? Calling her worthless is more inline to what you called me.

Guest • 9 years ago

*sigh* Okay, at least now I realize what I'm dealing with here. 'Bully for her' is an expression which means, 'Good for her'. This does not refer to actual bullying.
Now, this interaction is over because it's just getting too pathetic. Bye-bye.

Green eyed monster pays a visit

dancer92136 • 9 years ago

Her deal with Kohls nets her millions each year, and she is a best selling author. So what do you define as relevant. Her net worth is now 25 million, and she is considered a very savvy business woman.

Guest • 9 years ago

Yes, of course. If somebody doesn't care for another person it MUST be jealousy. Are you going to call me a hater next?

How about we just agree to disagree? I'll go on wondering why this woman warrants any press, and you can.....do whatever it is you do.

Guest • 9 years ago

what did I say that was rude? And it was a legit question...why is this person who has done nothing pertinent in a long time as far as acting goes still relevant?

mary • 9 years ago

she isn't an actress, she is a designer.

Walter_Hartwell_White • 9 years ago

I think what whatever means is, the world will continue to turn without her clothes or 'acting'.

dancer92136 • 9 years ago

Why did you read it if you were not interested? I know my daughter loves her clothes so I read it, but I skip anything about Bachelor in Paradise, Survivor, or Big Brother.

allie • 9 years ago

She may have gotten her start on MTV, but she appears to have grown into a classy woman with a good head on her shoulders. I wish her all the best!

So pretty!

Mimmi • 9 years ago

lauren 'invented' the naive californian cr.p?

Rochelle • 9 years ago

ugh.. I don't like winged eyeliner on her. :( It's killing me.

Diamenrose • 9 years ago

Crazy that her wedding is approaching...It feels like yesterday when she announced it :-)

sunshinescloset.com • 9 years ago

oh wow...congrats

ace high • 9 years ago

Why would her mother have the bridesmaid dresses ? Don't most females give them as a gift for being in the wedding party along with another small gift bag on the wedding day. Maybe not anymore. Tradition and marriage isn't taken the same these days.

dancer92136 • 9 years ago

I think it was a joke.

Noxy • 9 years ago

Bridesmaids are typically footing the bill for their dresses and shoes. Which one is supposed to be the norm? I have no idea.

ace high • 9 years ago

Okay maybe they do in today's time. I paid for my bridesmaid dresses & shoes and they got to keep them for being in the bridal party. I think the males used rented tuxedos except for my husband and the ring boy. It makes no sense to invite someone in your bridal party and then ask them to pay for it. If you are paying for something it seems like as long as you matched the color scheme, you should choose what you liked and was appropriate for the day not the bride telling you what to purchase. I have no clue about the norm these days.

Noxy • 9 years ago

Oh yeah- I totally agree! It's absolutely ridiculous that brides are having bridesmaids paying for their own stuff- it's just something I've seen happen more often than not.

NicoleRob • 9 years ago

It was a joke...
