If you have a proper diet, you should not need to take supplements for most, if any, of these essential vitamins and minerals. If your daily intake generally consists of 70% fruits and veggies (of varied colours, but with a large portion being dark, leafy greens), 15% whole grains and 15% meat, fish and poultry, you will be just fine.

Hello! Thank you for the article. Since I am a very health conscious, healthy eating and, for some time I am using food supplements, fiber, probiotics and herbs, I would like to point out that there is an American company that provides the entire range of supplements. That means any kind of supplements like herbs, vitamins, amino acids, which are at certified and very affordable prices. This is the society of Swanson which recently is found also at the European market importing these products directly from our U.S.. I'm sure that for women, having that we are under stress of everyday life and that we often suffer from hormonal disorders, and fatigue, these supplements will be very useful to successfully complete the daily cycle.
