Sound insights! I quite agree with much of takes on Korea educational system and the successes of its students. An average Korean kid in is more dedicated to studying than I've ever imagined or seen as a Africa in Korea.... The gender taint is an obvious reality in Asia, and Korea is not exempted. More steady steps addressing age long issues would be welcoming progress in hierarchical compensation which favors age over performance.
