As a child I was always told that it's what's on the inside that counts.
yes that is what all ugly kids are told !!!
Troll bitcoin getting under your skin eh?! Lol
Well here you go, bible prophecy fulfilled before your eyes!
Rev 13:17
"It also forced all people, great and small, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hands or on their foreheads, so that they could not buy or sell unless they had the mark, which is the name of the beast or the number of its name. This calls for wisdom. Let the person who has insight calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man. That number is 666."
That number I believe will be the bitcoin wallet private keys of the beast. Welcome to the beginning of a cashless world, a one world government.
If we have some powerful overlord somewhere down the line that forces us all to have chips in our bodies, then we won't need to "be wise", it'll be quite clear that something heinous is going on.
Also, compulsory chips are completely unnecessary. Your DNA is enough to identify you, you should be more scared of Ancestry.com
Well that settles it; We shouldn't implant these into our hands or heads. How about our asses?
Brings new meaning to "taking it in the butt."
Customer: "Sir, how do I pay for this?"
Salesperson: "You can put it in my butt."
Customer: "Uhh, I wasn't wanting to get that personal, really..."
I'm not sure that'll be a big boost for adoption...
DRK's IntanTX might be tho... Bad enough that you have to take it int he butt for BTC, but waiting an hour for 6 deep... wow, the inuendo is just getting worse.
How about the biblical prophesy where Jesus says his second coming will be in the followers (that he was presently speaking to)'s current lifetime? That makes him about 2,000 years late.
Amen, I say to you, all these things will come upon this generation. (Matthew
23:36 NAB)
"Immediately after the tribulation of those days, the sun will be
darkened, and the moon will not give its light, and the stars will fall from the
sky, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken. And then the sign
of the Son of Man will appear in heaven, and all the tribes of the earth will
mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming upon the clouds of heaven with
power and great glory. And he will send out his angels with a trumpet
blast, and they will gather his elect from the four winds, from one end of the
heavens to the other. "Learn a lesson from the fig tree. When its branch
becomes tender and sprouts leaves, you know that summer is near. In the
same way, when you see all these things, know that he is near, at the gates.
Amen, I say to you, this generation will not pass away until all these things
have taken place. Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will not
pass away. (Matthew 24:29-35 NAB)
Matthew 16:28 “There
be some standing here, which shall not taste of death, till they see the Son of
Man coming in his kingdom.” Don’t let Christians lie to you and claim Jesus was
referring to his modern day believers. The words “some standing HERE will not
taste death” clearly refutes such nonsense. Obviously the people he was
speaking to died, and curiously Jesus STILL isn’t here to claim his kingdom.
that the end of the world will come within his listeners’ lifetimes.
Amen, I say to you, this generation will not pass away until all these
things have taken place. Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will not pass away.
(Mark 13:30-31 NAB)
"Amen,
I say to you, there are some standing here who will not taste death until they
see that the kingdom of God has come in power." (Mark 9:1 NAB)
"Truly I say to you, there
are some standing here who will not taste death until they see the kingdom of
God." (Luke 9:27 NAB)
Mathew 24 is taking about the generation that sees the signs not the current one as evidenced by all he says before it that implies a long time span.
Paraphrased - Look don't be jumpy there is going to be a lot of bad crap that is going to go one and don't go by roomers of wars or my return but when you see these specific signs that generation will see my return.
Mathew 16, Mark 9:1, Luke 9:27 is fulfilled as they witnessed the mount of transfiguration and then Resurrection etc.
Mathew 23 is referring to what was coming in the book of acts. Him sending people to them whom they will flog.
Mark 16 is referring to the generation that sees the signs not the generation he is talking to.
Don't listen to people who quote verses without careful consideration of the contexts they are from.
Mark of the Beast: I wouldn't put that shit under my skin. What the h3ll are you thinking?!
Yea, guess I will just stick to Trezor
Alternte Scenario:
You're totally stoked to have such a "Handy" wallet... and when you try to fly somewhere abroad, the RFID tag is setting off the machine. Next thing ya know it's the "rubber glove" "Noooo it's a Bitcoin RFID chip" you say... "Oh really?" they say. "Yeah, see, watch me scan it and you can see" and after they see the wallet address and balance for 50 Bitcoin, They hand-cuff you. "Wait! What are you doing?" Now you're being charged for laundering.
They will use the rubber glove anyway. Even if you don't have a chip.
The sheep have allowed border "security" to go way too far. *Any* control over our freedom to travel is tyranny. But while most people happily handed over their proof of government ownership documents at the border, most complain when it's time for a routine cavity search.
There is no difference between being "doxed" at the border, or being "f*ed" at the border. The state has no business interfering with people on any level.
The only proper reaction to the post 9/11 "security" measures would have been mass objections. Nobody *needs* to fly. If everyone *refused* to go near an airport until the original security measures had been restored? The cavity search would have been eliminated.
But those sheep really do love the state. They were queuing up outside, waiting for the slaughter. Or the gloves. Perhaps we should term it "sheep shearing."
The most sinister and dangerous attacks on our privacy and liberty are those that "creep." Incident by incident, the state imposes more powers over the person. Each change is small, justifiable in the eyes of the sheep. But within a short moment, we have lost everything.
As Benjamin Franklin said, "Those who would give up essential Liberty, to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety."
"Apparently the chips don't show up in a full-body scanner at airports ... totally secret agent style, available to consumers everywhere.” Maybe you should read the article before posting next time ;)
That would not concern me. Iris scan plus paragraph would be the best way to remember your wallet key.
Are you saying that if I bring a book that I use for decoding my wallet with one of the paragraphs, I will be handcuffed for money laundering? The RFID chip contains a text that can be used for many purposes. Your paranoid vision and laws have nothing to do with each other. If you are saying you are guilty unless proven innocent, then you have a case. But then you will need a lot of jails
You're not allowed to carry books into the body scanner, and Homeland Security isn't into the habit of reading books in people's luggage; but also according to the article, the chip is the same type used on dogs and is specifically designed to be scanned. I'd like to see that one to believe it.
".... Books" That is the usual answer when one looses the point of argument.
There is no difference in the chip between dog or the one they use. RDIF - whether you put dog and owner name on a chip or wallet txt has
no differential values.
You repeated what I said basically about RFID chips, and by the way, you are the one who first mentioned books... yeah, they're the same type, and sure, no "differential" values IF your wallet address is empty, except Homeland Security also body scans any pet they feel may be implanted with drugs and/or have stitches. A dog's RFID will have its name and owner info, Whereas when you get scanned, your wallet address or keys would show up, and the balance can be checked by anyone with access to a computer or smartphone, except now the people who frisked you at the airport now have your API keys and access to your funds.
ANYONE who scans your RFID chip will have access to your funds, including when you walk into Walmart and are scanned by their RFID sensor at the door!
RFID scanning wands are easy to obtain also, which makes all your info on the chip totally obtainable by anyone who holds a wand.
It's funny how everyone claims RFID chips are the mark of the beast when they are absolutely horrible technology for anything security related.
I believe the inventor did not intended for the RDIF to hold your Wallet key but rather a wallet its self or password to your wallet key.
gimmick's don't have to make sense.
Ok, how about this... Make these things a tiny bit smaller, and implant one in each finger. Then each one gets at least one private key towards some combination of mutisig wallets. -Knowing the right combination of fingers can open the right wallets like a combination safe. -And of course a dummy account or two can be one of the combos as well, so you can show an interrogator that you're 'broke.' (Deniability.)
Haha multi-sig... 2 of 3... one in your hand, one in your other hand.. clap to pay... a spare one *cough* in your *cough* .. take my hand you filthy thieves, you still wont get my bitcoin!
ROTFLMFAO! Too funny, George Lloyd... but there's always the danger of that one devious criminal who won't have any problem with a cavity search, or even worse, the next visit to your proctologist might leave you broke!
Illuminati Confirmed!
I doubt those kind of robbers would even bother. If you are using brute force to rob someone odds are you don't understand bitcoin.
Exactly, I don't see common thugs being the ones to break into your house, tie you up and then scan you with a portable x-ray, cut out your physical wallet from your body and then when they find out your physical wallet probably has multi-sig security they now have to go capture everyone else with a part of the private key... When you really think about it anyone willing to hide a wallet in their body will probably have multiple levels of security on that thing you better be jason bourne and james bond combined to steal those coins.
No, they would break in your house and stick a gun in your face and say "I know you have bitcoin, you better transfer it into this account if you want to live." Then it's bye bye life savings
Then you would just die instead. Assuming I personally was concerned so much about the security of my bitcoin (maybe if i was a bitcoin millionaire) that i'd insert the wallet into my body, I'd also have multi-sig set up as an added measure which means kidnapping me alone even if i give up my personal password won't help because I would only have part of the key thus you would have to kidnap me and whoever else i've given parts of my key to and i'd make sure they are people scattered around the world that i really trusted.
So you could not easily transfer your bitcoins to someone else even if you wanted too? or were forced too.
The guy with the gun is not going to care what you say about multi-sig or anything, he will shoot you if you do not transfer your coins into his wallet, are you saying you could not do that ?
No actually you would be the dead one if there was no bitcoin transferred into the criminals account.
you would rather die than give up your bitcoins !
The state have been doing this for centuries.
Not just with bitcoin. With everything.
Just because a bitcoin private key or embedded EEPROM is involved makes no difference.
xkcd spot-on, as ever! lol
They can do the exact same thing and ask for all your fiat. Bye bye life savings.
its a gimmick, nothing more, it's something used to 'hype up' something,
What a stupid idea. The article should be titled "meet the guy with no life who takes bitcoin waaaay to seriously"
What a stupid response. The comment should read "meet the guy with no life who takes trolling waaaay to seriously"
Says the guy named Wang. Lol
So is your wallet implanted in your wang?
If he's mining sexcoin perhaps...
wang does care though!
wang cares.
I think Arguss is a very lonely person. Spends too much time trolling this website.
Lonely? He's obviously making the big bucks being paid to troll 24/7/365 so I bet he can afford the finest hookers and a Real Doll too.
They need to increase his salary in that case. His trolling is bullish for bitcoin because it's so pathetic. A colleague of mine said if he is not a paid up troll then he must suffer from mild autism. Nothing wrong with being autistic but he should seek some advice on how to handle it a little better.
Autistics would be smart enough to understand that bitcoin is a good thing though. Clearly a paid, moronic troll.
I bet you were like "make a network of the worlds computers? What a stupid idea. Make portable phones that can fit in my pocket? What a stupid idea, who would ever want to phone anybody from outside? Electronic mail??? Why on earth would I need that, the national postal service works just fine thank you. Let's all be grateful not everybody is like Harley, then we would still live in caves
This idea is ridiculous.
