If every 38 Degrees member simply supported this campaign too, then maybe they'd not adopt such policies, as they'd be forced to admit that they violate our human rights. See http://you.38degrees.org.uk...

Please don't forget the NHAparty and others who have also camaigned for something similar as well. Would prefer if *all* campaigners worked together for this. At any rate, it's a great start by 38 Degrees, so hopefully we can reach our goal to stop the stripping of our NHS. Keep on f!ighting

I am erring on the side of caution here as I feel we need more clarification. It is understood from many experts that no amendment would change this clause into something benign. If it means commissioners can trigger public consultation this is still nowhere near the requirements needed to safeguard our hospitals because of the sweeping powers of the TSAs. I would love to feel optimistic but to celebrate I feel is rather premature and misleading we still need to be very vigilant and question the full impact of this bill. Can 38 degrees reassure us further please?
