Obama, Without Congress, Plans to Act Monday on Student Loans
http://www.cnsnews.com/news...

Two words are responsible for allowing the dictator Obama to run roughshod over the Constitution of what's left of a free America - JOHN BOEHNER.

Judas Boehner and his worthless GOPE RINO lackeys were given power in the House to stop Obama in his tracks by an angry 2010 electorate.

Boehner repaid this electorate by stealing the horses from the cavalry before
they had a chance to be mounted, and for which Boehner's name will go down in infamy as being the biggest Obama enabler that Congress ever had, i.e., Boehner is the "gift to Obama that keeps on giving" - the common good be
damned with the House no longer a part of the Constitution.

Fomenting class warfare so that the Marxists can survive.

Hard to realize the American Dream when the jobs necessary to do so don't exist in favor of Obama's all-encompassing government dole as Obama's idea of "giving more young people a chance to EARN their own piece of the American Dream" is turning that dream into the lie of a Utopian Marxist Socialist Nightmare whereby the serfs are controlled by the ruling politburo who will give them sustenance in return for their votes. It's called buying elections!

The bottom line is that the only thing being EARNED here by the brain-dead is slavery to a totalitarian state!

Since when do we have to shut up because the Red Chinese demand that we do?

Oops, I forgot. We are living in Comrade Obama's Amerika where the Red Chinese are an example to be emulated to the extreme of letting their military

This is a NO-BRAINER. Just what the hell did our military fight and die for in Afghanistan? As a Vietnam War Navy Veteran I can tell you unequivocally that it wasn't to TRAITOROUSLY release the Taliban commanders responsible for the deaths of their brothers-in-arms which is as big a blow to the morale of our military as it gets, a military that the Obama Administration demonstrably despises as evinced by its PC ROE that makes the self-esteem of the radical jihadist enemy a higher priority than the lives of our troops who, as a result of no air support, are sent on unnecessary missions putting their lives at grave risk. It is no accident that our military casualties increased inordinately on Obama's watch!

That is great news about Joni and McDaniel, particularly McDaniel because Joni had everyone's support but McDaniel's got the RINO/Chamber of Commerce establishment (including FOX) out for his head. Good news!

Have you noticed how much effort goes into stealing Reagan from conservatives?

I mean, ya got TIME Magazine writing a 10th year anniversary of his passing special, with article by the usual DC "Historians" who represent the status quo.

There's a book on sale written by Chrissy Matthews about what great buddies Tip O'Neil was with The Gipper, and how he was able to educate the dummy bout how to get things done and ignore the troglodyte base to help get "Big Things done".

And of course, the RINO's almost run around with a Cardboard cutout of Reagan when they campaign, don't they?

Just more BS from Washington's propaganda machine.

MJUdall • 9 years ago

That's some strategy from Ron Paul there. Wait until the run off and then endorse.

And make sure that Rand gets the credit for the win from the corrupt media.

If libertarians and conservatives would ever realize that they have a lot to gain from working together and putting aside their philosophical distances about the role of government while realizing that they both want a whole lot less of it, they'd sure be a hard combo to defeat.

Just mho, but that may be part of why Gov. Palin has been quite careful not to alienate the Paul (both Ron and Rand) folks. Very shrewd woman, she is.

The over-reaching hand of the Left...
Here is an article from January 2013 I thought you might be interested in...or not.

As you know, I respect and admire Joe Miller, and watched the crap that the GOP and the Left pulled on him during the Senate Race...

The GOP and the Left did their "job" and now he is dealing with an image,"caricature" if you will, that even Conservatives fall for. Same thing was done to Sarah and many others...

Federal
Informant Admits Working for the Left During 2010 US Senate
Handcuffing: “I was working for you, you sons of bitches, and nobody
knew it”

The liberal Huffington Post reported
today that Bill Fulton, the individual responsible for the handcuffing
of the Alaska Dispatch editor Tony Hopfinger at a Joe Miller for US
Senate event, “was a federal informant at the same time.”

And, as it turns out, Fulton was also masquerading as a conservative the whole time, not only while volunteering for Joe Miller, but while acting as the campaign manager for rightwing lieutenant governor candidate Eddie Burke as well.

Fulton told the Huffington Post that he was a real honest-to-goodness
liberal, bragging that he not only voted for Obama – twice – but that
also, “he was working for you [the liberal press], you sons of bitches,
and nobody knew it.”

And it appears Fulton is continuing his leftwing jihad. He claims
that Miller wore a bullet proof vest the night of his primary victory
because he “was a paranoid guy with a bunch of guys with guns that like
to hang out with him.” What Fulton leaves out is that he followed
Miller around at convention central, warning him of threats against him
and insisted that Miller put on Fulton’s personal vest.
Fulton concludes his interview saying that his federal informant
business is “booming this year because of Obama and gun control, man.
If you look at the right wing, the growth in the militia organizations,
the growth in the border organizations, the amount of firearms, the type
of rhetoric that is now used, we have a major issue.”

palin45potus • 9 years ago

Interesting.

Of course, in my eyes, the biggest mistake Joe Miller made was ever being involved with Huckabee's people. The track record shows me that everything his people get involved in ends up being a complete disaster.

Nikki Haley's sleazebag opponents in SC.

Michele Bachmann's incredibly nasty campaign directed at attacking Sarah Palin right out of the box.

Todd Akins.

I'm sure there are others, these 3 just came to me.

And don't forget about the way "Huck" implied that Bristol Palin had neglected to appear on his show when his staff dropped the ball, and then he never admitted it or apologized for it. I think Huck just never got over the fact that Palin was picked in 2008.

TheresaAK • 9 years ago

That's about Huck...that is not on Joe Miller...

If we go on that premise, not like a candidate because of who endorses them, we may as well throw in the towel now...because the Left and the GOP are wicked.
Look at Joni for example.......
Should I look at her as a real creep because of who she endorsed and who is endorsing her, except for Sarah, of course?

palin45potus • 9 years ago

Oh, I'm not attacking Joe, sorry.

I just get my blood pressure up when anything "Huck" related shows up. The guy is the "Typhoid Mary" of the GOP which is probably why the Dems like him so much.

I really only criticized Joe Miller when he sort of flinched on TV when asked about Sarah Palin's qualifications for the Presidency. But it was an ambush question without a doubt.

Apparently Sarah got over it because she appeared with Miller in the closing days of the campaign.

BTW- Do you guys know him at all? Or Dan Sullivan? I think Palin has a relationship with both of them. And from where I stand in the "Lower 48" either one looks like a good choice. What say you?

TheresaAK • 9 years ago

Yes, pbp and I volunteered for his campaign, we were at those rallies, and have prayed with the man.
I don't know Dan Sullivan...but I know Joe Miller.

He is a good man, and his parents are good people too.

formerblacklistfan • 9 years ago

I thought I was alone in my detestation of Mike "Elmer Gantry" Huckabee. I have a severe problem with religious bigots and slick talking snake oil hustlers like Huckabee. He reminds me of Bill Clinton without the morals problems.

palin45potus • 9 years ago

It's interesting that Ready For Hillary! is flacking a book about tough choices, implying that she's really been seasoned by her years of riding around with Bill and then being in the Senate. (Don't ask any questions about ANYTHING that happened from 2009-2013 BTW)

I'm thinking that when Sarah Palin was the Governor, she had a great knack for coming up with "out of the box" thinking that allowed her and her team to bring together disparate elements who were involved in the decisions and get them to work together for the common good.

Isn't that what the elected leader would ideally be trying to accomplish? If something actually requires government intervention, then the government should look out for all involved?

What a radical change from the usual course of blathering bunch of empty rhetoric while taking bids from the PPC.

The Clinton Plan – hiring people (to deal with security issues in Benghazi, for instance) and heading off for cocktails – doesn’t work. Thank goodness Barack Obama is President, since he knows more about everything than anyone working for him in “his” government.

Of course, for his omnipotence to help, he would have to know about a problem before hearing about it on the news.

Shoot, that’s a tough choice, knowing nothing and doing nothing, or knowing everything and being responsible for nothing.

[sarcasm intentional, if that wasn't obvious]

palin45potus • 9 years ago

But you forget IndieDogg that Obama just found out about Benghazi during his debate with Romney. And man, was he pissed when he heard about it!

And this one:

LA Times: Why Did the FBI Have an Informant in Joe Miller Campaign?

15 Jan 2013

Alaska Dispatch, Bill Fulton, handcuffing, Joe Miller, militia, Schaeffer Cox

by News Editor

The Los Angeles Times reported today that, “Now that the mole who
helped bring down the leadership of the Alaska Peacemaker Militia has
talked publicly, the big question on some minds in Alaska is: Why was
federal FBI informant William Fulton involved in political campaigns?”

The LA Times interviewed not only Fulton, but also Joe Miller and
2010 Lieutenant Governor Candidate Eddie Burke who hired Fulton as his
campaign manager. Fulton’s FBI handler also commented for the article.

During Joe Miller’s interview, he was asked about the impact of the
handcuffing and what he thought about an FBI informant working in Alaska
politics:

The widely reported arrest of a journalist at a town hall
meeting “absolutely” was detrimental to his campaign, Miller said
Monday in an interview with The Times.

“I’m a strong supporter of the 1st Amendment, and I had close
friends that had been supporters of my campaign question, ‘Why would Joe
Miller handcuff a journalist?’ For crying out loud, I wasn’t even in
the building,” Miller said. “It was utilized as a political weapon
against us in the state.”

Miller said he is now troubled that Fulton, whose personal politics
turn out to be not at all aligned with the far right, was injecting
controversy into his campaign and was also working on the campaign of
Burke, another right-wing candidate who lost — all during 2010, when he
was a paid informant for the FBI.

Miller recalled the well-publicized election of 2008, when longtime
U.S. Sen. Ted Stevens lost his bid for reelection after being convicted
of failing to report gifts from an oil industry lobbyist at the end of a
long investigation waged by the FBI in Anchorage. The charges were
dismissed in 2009 on the U.S. Justice Department’s own motion when it
was learned that potentially exculpatory evidence had not been turned
over to the defense. But by then, Democrat Mark Begich had won Stevens’
seat.

“This is the second U.S. Senate race in Alaska that the FBI has had
some involvement in,” Miller said. “I’m certainly not expressing any
type of conspiracy theory about the FBI causing any kind of trouble to
my campaign, but it’s conceptually troubling to me that you have a paid
informant working on multiple campaigns answering to the FBI, being
debriefed by the FBI, and I really think it’s incumbent on that agency
to come clean about the scope of this individual’s employment and the
level of involvement the FBI had in that.”

Bergdahl’s platoon survived Taliban attacks: will they survive Obama’s? (VIDEO)

Written by Allen West

I always felt liberal progressives were lying through their teeth when
they expressed their “support” for our men and women in uniform. There
words were just pro forma empty rhetoric meant to hide their true
sentiments — or should I be specific and say, antipathy — towards our
warriors.

And so the progressive socialists have shown their hand
when brave and courageous Soldiers stand up to the lies and false
narrative being promoted by the Obama administration in the case of the
desertion of Army Sergeant Bowe Bergdahl.

Question for Mark Levin and Gov Palin: When the GOPers/Rhinos go after McDaniels and look to Dems to help Thad C - when is enough enough and leaving the Party is the only course for change?

TheresaAK • 9 years ago

DocBarry1, it is going to take some time...all in God's timing...patience...it's going to happen.

DocBarry1 • 9 years ago

Babies are dying every minute, amnesty is close, people have been given a lot of stuff and, probably, will continue to vote in the givers and terrorists continue to be freed, while Vets are mistreated, so how is patience going to turn things around?

Next, The GOPers/Rhinos are working with Dems to get Thad reelected and have and will continue to do things to diminish Gov Palin - so, again, when is enough enough?

When is bold action required?

Ting • 9 years ago

Well, Doc, it works both ways. I am working hard for Dave Brat to unseat Eric Cantor in tomorrow's primary. VA is an open state. All you have to do is show up to vote and ask for the ballot of your choice. The Democrats are not fielding any candidates tomorrow, and not in November, either, so tomorrow is essentially the election. Whoever wins tomorrow will be unopposed in November.

There are Democrats who despise Eric Cantor enough to go and vote him out tomorrow. I don't mind. It is not an organized effort, by any means, but informed voters know what to do all on their own. No one has to explain it to them.

Over the years I have voted in primaries for both parties, almost always to try to knock out a particularly loathsome candidate before he or she gets too far in the process. Rarely do I vote affirmatively for a particular candidate in a primary. I consider it another way to exercise my chance to have a say in who represents me.

palin45potus • 9 years ago

That's a smart outlook, where it's wiser to vote "defensively" to defeat a potential tyrant who could do great damage, instead of looking for a secular saviour who doesn't exist and even the best possible candidates are gonna have a hard time getting anything done by all the criminals around them.

Joe Miller Wins Poll at Anchorage UFL-CPG U.S. Senate Debate
01 Jun 2014
Joe Miller, Mark Fish, Mead Treadwell, Senate Debate
by News Editor

U.S. Senate candidate Joe Miller got another boost this week after being
voted the winner of a debate with Republican Mead Treadwell and
Libertarian Mark Fish. The exit poll followed the United for Liberty –
Alaska/Conservative Patriots Group U.S. Senate debate at the Wilda
Marston Theater in Anchorage and was conducted by the debate’s sponsors.
There were approximately 200 people in attendance. The other Republican
in the race, Dan Sullivan was a no-show.

“Joe’s second straw poll win in less than a week reflects the growing
momentum the campaign has been seeing on the ground,” said spokesman
Randy DeSoto. “Joe turned in a strong performance in the debate, proving
he is the true conservative/reform candidate and is the right choice to
represent the Republican Party against Senator Begich in the fall.”

Some major differences between Miller and Lt. Gov. Treadwell were
highlighted during the debate, including Treadwell’s support for a
pathway to citizenship for illegal aliens (Amnesty), as well as his
support for the United Nations Law of the Sea Treaty (LOST). Miller
opposes both. Miller’s opposition to LOST is, in part, based on the
authority it grants the United Nations to directly tax and regulate the
American people. Treadwell also affirmed his belief in man-caused
climate change, a theory for which Miller believes the science is
inconclusive.

One of the highlights of the debate came near its close when the
candidates were given the opportunity to ask direct questions of each
other. Miller inquired into Treadwell’s past support, financially and
otherwise, of left-leaning Republicans and liberal Democrats over
conservative challengers, including Lisa Murkowski, Matt Claman and
Sheila Selkregg. All three are ardent backers of the big-government
agenda, as well as socially liberal policies such as abortion and
special rights for homosexuals. Miller questioned how Treadwell could be
trusted to support a consistent conservative agenda in Washington when
he has been unable or unwilling to do so in Alaska.

Treadwell claimed personal friendship was the reason he chose to support candidates who work against his stated values.

“Joe believes principle must trump party, and even friendship,” said
DeSoto. “Without strong core convictions concerning fundamental issues,
the pressures in Washington will quickly turn campaign rhetoric into
false promises.”
Joe Miller is a husband, father, combat veteran, and advocate of
Constitutional liberty who believes in individual rights, private
property, free markets and the sanctity of human life.

New York City Principal Bans Students From Singing Patriotic Song At School Ceremony…

Same principal who once banned kindergarten students from singing “God Bless the USA.”

NEW YORK
– A controversial Coney Island principal who grabbed headlines for
banning the patriotic tune “God Bless the U.S.A.” from an end-of-year
kindergarten ceremony in 2012 is at it again, school staffers told the
Daily News.

Public School 90 boss Greta Hawkins on Monday killed a plan for pre-K
students to march into an end-of-year celebration carrying flags to a
song called “Stand Up for the Red, White and Blue,” teachers said.

Hawkins, 49, of Brooklyn, told teachers she banished the patriotic
display planned for the June 19 festivities because the staffers who
organized it didn’t ask her permission.

But staffers said their principal’s history of banning patriotic
music from school events suggests that her motivations might have been
something else entirely.

Teachers said that they had planned to start the end-of-year ceremony
for the school’s 54 pre-K students with the kids marching into an
assembly carrying American flags while “Stand Up for the Red, White and
Blue,” played over a public address system.

The children’s song includes patriotic lines such as, “I’ll always do my part, I love my land that’s free.”

But the program struck a sour note with Hawkins, staffers said, who
barred both the flags and the tune from the upcoming ceremony.

Teachers at the school said they don’t know what they will do for the ceremony now.

Cops In Texas Seize Millions By ‘Policing for Profit’

The toys and uniforms for SWAT aren’t cheap.

Via Forbes

Texas law enforcement are continuing to enrich themselves
using a little-known legal doctrine known as civil forfeiture,
according to a new series of investigative reports. Under civil
forfeiture, property can be forfeited even if its owner has never been
charged with a crime. In these proceedings, accused criminals have more
rights than innocent owners and the government sues the property, not
its owner. These cases can be so baffling, one Texas Supreme Court
Justice recently compared civil forfeiture to Alice in Wonderland and
the works of Franz Kafka. But civil forfeiture isn’t just a quirky
curiosity—it’s a powerful incentive for law enforcement to take
millions.

Last month, the Fort Worth Star-Telegram
reported that the District Attorney’s Office in Tarrant County, Texas
seized $3.5 million, plus almost 250 cars and 440 computers in fiscal
year 2013, roughly equal to about 10 percent of its budget. Of the
property seized, almost $845,000 was spent on salaries for 16 employees
at the office. By comparison, only $53,000 went to “six nonprofits that
benefit victims or prosecution efforts.” The county’s narcotics unit
spent an even greater proportion of forfeiture funds on salaries. Last
year, the unit seized $666,427 in cash and used $426,058 to pay
salaries.

Even more property was forfeited by participating in a federal
program known as “equitable sharing.” By partnering with a federal
agency, local and state law enforcement can keep up to 80 percent of the
proceeds from a forfeited property. Incredibly, police can collaborate
even if doing so would circumvent their own states’ protections for
property owners.

Equitable sharing doled out almost $60,000 to the Arlington Police
Department and nearly $400,000 to the Dallas/Fort Worth Airport
Department of Public Safety in 2013. A joint task force composed of the
Tarrant County DA’s Office and the DEA received almost $2.9 million, one
of the highest bounties in the state.

PBP, TheresaAK or Palmerguy,

What is the relationship between Eddie Burke and Sarah Palin?

There's been someone posting at Breitbart who goes by that name and this guy goes after Palin and Cruz like Karl Rove's rabid alter-ego. I am positive that he stole the name from the radio host to try to make her look bad unless of course by coincidence he shares that name.

But I wondered what kind of relationship she had with him. As I recall, she was a regular guest on his show along with another show while she was Governor. I thought I heard rumors that they felt she was "too good for them" afterwards and started bad-mouthing her but this is probably more internet garbage meant to drive a wedge between her and her followers.

TheresaAK • 9 years ago

That is a troll....
He supports Sarah....
I have issues with him, regarding Sen Ted Stevens...totally disagreed with Eddie on this, as did many Alaskans...he just couldn't get it through his thick skull that his "standing on principle" against Sen. Stevens, was going to get us Begich...he said if Begich won, it was Steven's fault, not his.
Well, that was not true...Eddie railed against Stevens on his radio show, horribly...and supported a nobody that took the necessary votes away from Stevens.
