How long do we hold it? Can they be laminated?

Hi folks, i will be conducting my own experiments with the energy paper on flowers but will also start staght away putting the code on water containers. my question is; Do i need to replace the 'energy paper' on the bottle after a certain amount of time?

If i want to print it on a pillow or a bed sheet. I mean, it has to be on paper?
I deducted that the largeness of the letters and positioning of the square matters so, if i'll use it on matched size larger scale bed sheet it is ok?
