The people that run the world want to know were every time you spend is at. There won't be cash so you will use a card or some other means and it will allow banks to know just how much money you have and you won't be able to hide a dime.

This is not the solution for the poverty. This is the trick of gates to making more money...how can a person buys a phone if he cant afford to open a bank account. Its is good that he is thinking for poor people but there are many other ways that he can do to help poor people.
