I'd vote for this guy, he's a solid conservative.
Fought and won against the corrupt unions, knowing he would face backlash, and he beat that too!
This guy has the guts needed for the massive job of putting this country back on track.

COPAcetic1 • 9 years ago

hes pro amnesty, therefor anti-American citizen and far from conservative.
nope:

Wrong, here is a direct quote from Scott Walker

“See now that’s where they take it out of context,” Walker said in response. “I’ve not said there should be amnesty in this country. I don’t believe that. I don’t support the legislation being kicked around. What I’ve said repeatedly is we need to fix the immigration system, but fix the legal system. So if people want to come in this country we should have a legal immigration system.”

pixxa • 9 years ago

Can anybody answer what exactly is wrong with the legal immigration system we already have?

Guest • 9 years ago

Ill tell you whats wrong with it.

1.The demorats need more voters to have overwhelming control of the country, so they need ignorant, needy, voters. Illegals suit that purpose. Thats why they need it changed.

2. Republican chamber of commerce needs low skill low wage workers, who will work for less than Americans, so share holders of stocks in CEO's companies get paid, and they stay CEO"s. Thats why they need it changed.

Questions?

Guest • 9 years ago

The immigration system in place, is not being enforced, which is exactly what Scott Walker wants to fix.
You are very uninformed, I suggest you do some research before judging people.

pixxa • 9 years ago

No kidding it's not being enforced. That is something wrong with this government, not the policy itself. But what is wrong with the policy, in itself?

Guest • 9 years ago

What's wrong with doing some research so you don't look like a complete fool?

subaru11 • 9 years ago

Your'e doing a great job of NOT getting people on your side.

Guest • 9 years ago

Why would I want some sniveling left winger on my side?

subaru11 • 9 years ago

Nevermind. Continue.

Guest • 9 years ago

Yes, we conservatives will continue, and you will be pushed out.
Deal with it

subaru11 • 9 years ago

This land is your land, this land is my land.

Guest • 9 years ago

But you have no tolerance for anyone who disagrees with you.
So you must go.

subaru11 • 9 years ago

I have an incredible amount of tolerance for people that disagree with me. How else could I debate you kids on this site so much?

I'm not trying to 'push you out' of the country, as you said you were.

Guest • 9 years ago

Oh but you are, and there's no point in denying it any longer.
The game is over

subaru11 • 9 years ago

I didn't realize this was a game. It's hardly any fun.

nashusa • 9 years ago

We have enough people , we do not need more. Through immigration we have spent the last 4 decades undermining the working class.
We no longer need immigration. PERIOD.

Guest • 9 years ago

That is the most uneducated statement so far today.

Ecoplastican • 9 years ago

We don't have enforcement?

I don't mind reform, if it starts with sealed borders.

no borders...

Guest • 9 years ago

NOPE! THERE AIN'T ONE! It's all bs!

HenDanK • 9 years ago

What's wrong? We don't have a fence.

rangerider • 9 years ago

That is such a silly question by a fawning progressive lackey :-)

GeorgiaPeachie • 9 years ago

We have a legal immigration system. Just because the politicians don't follow the law, doesn't mean we don't have one. We DON'T NEED to fix the immigration system, we need to follow it and build the wall, deport the illegals and TAKE AMERICAN JOBS from every single illegal!

Guest • 9 years ago

Yes, it does need fixing, and enforcing

GeorgiaPeachie • 9 years ago

What exactly needs "fixed"?? We have laws (several of them) instructing a fence. We have laws (several of them) instructing DEPORTATION of illegals. We have laws against illegals taking AMERICAN JOBS. Tell me, what needs fixed?!

Guest • 9 years ago

We need to fix it, because the border is being flooded.

GeorgiaPeachie • 9 years ago

What about all the LAWS that are on the books that would fix it IF they were only followed??? What use is more laws when the current ones are being ignored and have been ignored for 20 or more years???

Guest • 9 years ago

Obviously not enough.
Lets pile on more and more laws, whatever it takes to secure our border.

COPAcetic1 • 9 years ago

you can cheerlead all you want. stop lying or get informed. he has also endorsed jeb bush:
If Scott Walker is thinking about seizing the momentum of his groundbreaking conservative reforms in Wisconsin to set himself up as a presidential candidate in 2016, you’d never guess it from his interview yesterday in a Politico conference. That’s not so much because of his position on immigration, which essentially supports that of Marco Rubio — a path to citizenship

"Walker: I support a path to citizenship in comprehensive immigration reform"

Guest • 9 years ago

It wasn't a lie, it was a DIRECT QUOTE!
He is going to seize the moment, because that is exactly what we need and he knows it.
If you are against legal immigration, then you are a racist, and not worth talking to.

COPAcetic1 • 9 years ago

LOL.
im a racist for being pro American citizen, no matter the race

Guest • 9 years ago

Scott Walker is not for amnesty, therefore pro American.

pixxa • 9 years ago

What do you call a "pathway to citizenship" then, if not amnesty?

Guest • 9 years ago

It's called legal immigration.
He does not want to give all the illegals in America amnesty.
Stop spreading your lies

pixxa • 9 years ago

If they broke the law to come here, they don't deserve "legal" immigration. They deserve to be sent back. Amnesty is anything that rewards these lawbreakers.

Guest • 9 years ago

Exactly, captain obvious.....
That is exactly what Walker wants to do.
Wow... this is like some strange comedy routine...LOL

It is like a episode of the Twilight Zone...I'm going to watch dust motes settle, it will be far more interesting....

asybot • 9 years ago

@ Equil. you are trying to speak to people that have no clue, or unwilling to listen. Right now Walker is, ( if you see his results) the only guy Americans want, just look at the "sniper".

pixxa • 9 years ago

We already have that. He has no need to "do" it. So clearly he wants to do something else.

ChattyCatsSusan • 9 years ago

It isn't being enforced Skippy. What part of that don't you get? Start enforcing the laws on the books is what he wants to do.

Guest • 9 years ago

Why don't you and your kind stop torturing (to use a Gruber term) the definition of "immigration reform", which would include a path to citizenship for those who came here illegally. Thereby, giving them amnesty for their illegal actions, as opposed to deporting them.

Guest • 9 years ago

Why don't you and your kind get an education?

COPAcetic1 • 9 years ago

youre a broken record, and my post includes video, so stop lying.
in addition to being pro amnesty, he endorsed jeb bush for president.
http://hotair.com/archives/...
"Walker: I support a path to citizenship in comprehensive immigration reform"
"about who might have the best credentials to run — except for the last name:
“I think it would have a major impact just because he’s a great performer. And I mean that in the best of sense,” Walker said. “You look at his two terms of governor of obviously a tremendously large and significant state — and he turned things around in terms of the economy… He’s got a great record of success.”
And if it wasn’t for his last name, Bush might’ve been talked up to run for president sooner.
“I think frankly in this election and in the past, if you took your finger and covered his last name and just talked about Jeb, there’d be a lot of us who would be talking about him running for president a lot sooner than now,” Walker said.

rangerider • 9 years ago

I really do not care which group you belong to, but your lying about Walker's stand on immigration which means you can not be trusted in any of your comments :-(

GeorgiaPeachie • 9 years ago

Walker IS for a path to citizenship and allowing illegals to STAY! That is not a lie!

http://www.ontheissues.org/...

ChattyCatsSusan • 9 years ago

He is for fixing the legal immigration system, not the "path to citizenship" code for amnesty. If you have bought that, you have been sold a bill of bad goods GP.
He is one of the few against amnesty, so they will work very hard to twist and lie so you and others will believe it.

GeorgiaPeachie • 9 years ago

Susan, how I wish you were correct. But you aren't. Walkers own WORDS tell the story. Did you not read the link I posted several times? This is not debateable. The immigration system IS the legal immigration system!!! There aren't two different immigration systems. The laws need ENFORCED!!! Anyone talking about "fixing" the system is playing both sides of the fence.

RWBenton • 9 years ago

And that legal immigration system includes a pathway to citizenship, so what is your point?
