This is just one example of many overzealous prosecutors who care more about their careers than of the innocent people they are sending to prison. People like him should have to spend many years behind bars in general population, wearing a sign saying "I was a prosecutor...I may be responsible for putting you in here."

I have nothing against prosecutors, in general. However, they should be forced to play by the rules. If they don't, they are breaking the law. People's lives are at stake.

This particular person sounds to me like he's over-the-top arrogant. Plain and simple.
