The biggest war against women occurred by Bill and Hillary Clinton. Bill abused and used women his entire adult life and Hillary was always there to defend his lies. (Remember I did not have sex with that woman!).

The worse offense was against Monica Lewinsky. She was a young, unsophisticated intern who went to work for the Clinton Administration and thought she was in love with Bill boy. . He used her and abused her.and then threw her away when he got caught. He was abusive when he referred to her as 'that woman' when he lied. Thank God she loved him so much she saved that 'little blue dress' containing his DNA.

What did a the so called liberal women in the Country do? They didn't blame Bill for his debauchery or using a 24 y.o. No they demonized Monica by saying 'she was an adult and it was her fault'. Pelosi nor any of the other representatives were not worrying then about a war against women, they demonized Monica and held Bill up as just a poor, overly sexual man who was tempted by a young intern. Hillary again 'stood by her man' and now wants to be President.

I'll best if the same thing happened to Chelsea that president would soon be destroyed for life.

I'm so sick and tired of stupid people allowing themselves be lied to and used. If liberals cannot win legitimately they have to create problem where no problems exist..

Cpriestess • 9 years ago

Not only were they "the war on women", but they made hypocrisy in that scenario ok. Women like Streisand and Maya Angelou, all these liberal icon chicks drooling over "our first black president", funny Bill even took that from Barry too. They, the lib chicks (no one will talk about), would have bumped uglies with Bill in a heartbeat, and some probably did knowing full well he was "married". But genuinely helping middle and lower middle class women like Paula Jones? That's not what any of the lib chicks did. They sold out their minions for seats at the table.

Drooled over Bill, sucked up to Hill and pretended they were something more than the pair of Arkansas grifters they truly are. Yeah, Hillary Rodham came from Illinois, but she took to grifting with gusto. From taking donations on used underwear to stealing White House toothpaste she could rationalize every lie and theft from the get go.

Funny how that function failed her when she really needed it. I love karma.

..........They, the lib chicks (no one will talk about), would have bumped uglies with Bill in a heartbeat...........
And Babs Steisand did, she stayed many times in the White House for sleep overs.

Cpriestess • 9 years ago

Ah Boyz. I was being "delicate"? Giving the ladies the benefit of the doubt. In the public forum at least. Babs extracurricular behavior was pretty respectable for a woman. Not a patch on a guy like Bill. But still with ladies, discretion is truly the better part of valor.

It's what the documents don't tell you that would fill pages of content. What doc;s was Hillary's staff carrying out of Foster's house before the keystone cops got there? The lies from those 2 and the following yrs of lies and the dems and media want to annoit her for President? Please, send her to the dung heap along with her husband forever.

savage sam • 9 years ago

Vince Foster was and is a big story. Murder in the White House and no major media personality dared touch it. There is no way Foster died in that park. But even if we knew the whole story there is no way to keep Hillary from being elected. No matter how corrupt and dishonest she is Americans are desperate for a 'first woman president'. How utterly sickening.

Phd Marty • 9 years ago

He was far from the only casualty of the Clitons (not a miss spell). I haven't got any of the others here, but there were quite a few people who would have them in jail had they testified. They all died under very mysterious conditions. The Mafia had nothing on these two! In fact, the Mafia looks like innocent school boys next to them. Many of them happened while he was a serving Governor. He was also supposed to have a very good connection with the chief medical examiner as well. What is really sad is the despite all that transpired while he was in office, she proved to be inept at the charity job our present pseudo president gave her too. There is no way she can win the office. There just aren't that many ignorant people in the world to vote for someone like her. If she gets in, it will prove there is, without question, voting fraud that is rampant. She has proven, as they say, without any reasonable doubt she can not do the job.

Aajaxx • 9 years ago

I agree with everything you say except tying this in to liberalism as if only liberals can be callous and hypocritical. If you believe that, you are deliberately blind to what human beings are like.

Repub Warrior • 9 years ago

So? Big deal? Anyway he was found not guilty...unlike Nixon who was pardoned...and he was ever charged for Watergate. Question to you Conservative, how much of YOUR money was spent on this impeachment hearing? What did it produce? That Clinton lied? BIG DEAL! Was he found guilty of contempt of court?

Nope.

It was a waste of time and money!

//The worse offense was against Monica Lewinsky. She was a young,
unsophisticated intern who went to work for the Clinton Administration
and thought she was in love with Bill boy. . He used her and abused
her.and then threw her away when he got caught. He was abusive when he
referred to her as 'that woman' when he lied. Thank God she loved him
so much she saved that 'little blue dress' containing his DNA.//

Prove it. If you know anything about the law, there is accusations and then there are convictions. In the end, there were no conviction and everything you wrote is incorrect:

//In December 1998, Clinton's political party, the Democratic Party,
was in the minority in both chambers of Congress. Some Democratic
members of Congress, and most in the opposition Republican Party,
believed that Clinton's giving false testimony and allegedly influencing
Lewinsky's testimony were crimes of obstruction of justice and perjury
and thus impeachable offenses. The House of Representatives voted to
issue Articles of Impeachment against him which was followed by a 21-day
trial in the Senate.

All of the Democrats in the Senate voted for acquittal on both the
perjury and the obstruction of justice charges. Ten Republicans voted
for acquittal for perjury: John Chafee (Rhode Island), Susan Collins (Maine), Slade Gorton (Washington), Jim Jeffords (Vermont), Richard Shelby (Alabama), Olympia Snowe (Maine), Arlen Specter (Pennsylvania), Ted Stevens (Alaska), Fred Thompson (Tennessee), and John Warner (Virginia). Five Republicans voted for acquittal for obstruction of justice: Chafee, Collins, Jeffords, Snowe, and Specter.

President Clinton was thereby acquitted of all charges and remained in office. There were attempts to censure the President by the House of Representatives, but those attempts failed.//

It cost $60 million for a 21 day hearing. The real crime was not Clinton lying, but the waste of time and money for the hearing

Lets be honest: it was Bill who made the advances, not Monica. It was he who LIED. If he wouldnt have lied, then there would not have been a trial.

Right it was Clinton who tried to stop women from having access to Birth control (and for the record no one's asked for it free, just that insurance cover it the same way it cover E.D. pills for men. It's called equality for those not smart enough to grasp it's meaning and why they should be, I mean if men have a right to a hard on from their insurers then women certainly have a right to prevent an unwanted pregnancy from all this guys with raging hard ons right?)

Clinton didn't try to make it harder for them to vote, Clinton didn't say women who have been raped have a "Special" body function that prevents her from getting pregnant, as Republican Todd Akin claimed and was swiftly shown to be a complete idiot on was this statement "Well you know, people always want to try to make that as one of those things, well how do you, how do you slice this particularly tough sort of ethical question. First of all, from what I understand from doctors, that's really rare. If it's a legitimate rape, the female body has ways to try to shut that whole thing down. But let's assume that maybe that didn't work or something. I think there should be some punishment, but the punishment ought to be on the rapist and not attacking the child.
We also have dumb crap like that from Chuck Winder (R-ID)claiming “I would hope that when a woman goes in to a physician with a rape issue, that physician will indeed ask her about perhaps her marriage, was this pregnancy caused by normal relations in a marriage or was it truly caused by a rape. I assume that’s part of the counseling that goes on.” – March 2012
We have dummy Rick Santorum saying “I think the right approach is to accept this horribly created — in the sense of rape — but nevertheless a gift in a very broken way, the gift of human life, and accept what God has given to you… rape victims should make the best of a bad situation.” – January, 2012
So let's not speak of "War on Women, republicans lose every time, even within their own party and it's women.
Let's look at what Clinton actually did shall we or is the truth too much for most of you

He worked with republicans to reform welfare on a Federal basis back in 1996 yet most republicans I see talk on these boards think the old welfare system is still in place. What most don't understand is that it's their own state that's expanded welfare rights past what Federal guidelines are and their taxpayer's foot that bill, Minnesota and Illinois are prime examples of the state going beyond what the Federal system reimburses for.
This next section will just make many weep because the truth makes the last 5 republican Presidents look like slackers

Longest economic expansion in American history
The President’s strategy of fiscal discipline, open foreign markets and investments in the American people helped create the conditions for a record 115 months of economic expansion. Our economy has grown at an average of 4 percent per year since 1993.

More than 22 million new jobs
More than 22 million jobs were created in less than eight years -- the most ever under a single administration, and more than were created in the previous twelve years.

Highest homeownership in American history
A strong economy and fiscal discipline kept interest rates low, making it possible for more families to buy homes. The homeownership rate increased from 64.2 percent in 1992 to 67. 7 percent, the highest rate ever.

Lowest unemployment in 30 years
Unemployment dropped from more than 7 percent in 1993 to just 4.0 percent in November 2000. Unemployment for African Americans and Hispanics fell to the lowest rates on record, and the rate for women is the lowest in more than 40 years.

Raised education standards, increased school choice, and doubled education and training investment
Since 1992, reading and math scores have increased for 4th, 8th, and 12th graders, math SAT scores are at a 30-year high, the number of charter schools has grown from 1 to more than 2,000, forty-nine states have put in place standards in core subjects and federal investment in education and training has doubled.

Largest expansion of college opportunity since the GI Bill
President Clinton and Vice President Gore have nearly doubled financial aid for students by increasing Pell Grants to the largest award ever, expanding Federal Work-Study to allow 1 million students to work their way through college, and by creating new tax credits and scholarships such as Lifetime Learning tax credits and the HOPE scholarship. At the same time, taxpayers have saved $18 billion due to the decline in student loan defaults, increased collections and savings from the direct student loan program.

Connected 95 percent of schools to the Internet
President Clinton and Vice President Gore’s new commitment to education technology, including the E-Rate and a 3,000 percent increase in educational technology funding, increased the percentage of schools connected to the Internet from 35 percent in 1994 to 95 percent in 1999.

Lowest crime rate in 26 years
Because of President Clinton’s comprehensive anti-crime strategy of tough penalties, more police, and smart prevention, as well as common sense gun safety laws, the overall crime rate declined for 8 consecutive years, the longest continuous drop on record, and is at the lowest level since 1973.

100,000 more police for our streets
As part of the 1994 Crime Bill, President Clinton enacted a new initiative to fund 100,000 community police officers. To date more than 11,000 law enforcement agencies have received COPS funding.

Enacted most sweeping gun safety legislation in a generation
Since the President signed the Brady bill in 1993, more than 600,000 felons, fugitives, and other prohibited persons have been stopped from buying guns. Gun crime has declined 40 percent since 1992.

Family and Medical Leave Act for 20 million Americans
To help parents succeed at work and at home, President Clinton signed the Family and Medical Leave Act in 1993. Over 20 million Americans have taken unpaid leave to care for a newborn child or sick family member.

Smallest welfare rolls in 32 years
The President pledged to end welfare as we know it and signed landmark bipartisan welfare reform legislation in 1996. Since then, caseloads have been cut in half, to the lowest level since 1968, and millions of parents have joined the workforce. People on welfare today are five times more likely to be working than in 1992.

Higher incomes at all levels
After falling by nearly $2,000 between 1988 and 1992, the median family’s income rose by $6,338, after adjusting for inflation, since 1993. African American family income increased even more, rising by nearly $7,000 since 1993. After years of stagnant income growth among average and lower income families, all income brackets experienced double-digit growth since 1993. The bottom 20 percent saw the largest income growth at 16.3 percent.

Lowest poverty rate in 20 years
Since Congress passed President Clinton’s Economic Plan in 1993, the poverty rate declined from 15.1 percent to 11.8 percent last year — the largest six-year drop in poverty in nearly 30 years. There are now 7 million fewer people in poverty than in 1993. The child poverty rate declined more than 25 percent, the poverty rates for single mothers, African Americans and the elderly have dropped to their lowest levels on record, and Hispanic poverty dropped to its lowest level since 1979.

Lowest teen birth rate in 60 years
In his 1995 State of the Union Address, President Clinton challenged Americans to join together in a national campaign against teen pregnancy. The birth rate for teens aged 15-19 declined every year of the Clinton Presidency, from 60.7 per 1,000 teens in 1992 to a record low of 49.6 in 1999.

Lowest infant mortality rate in American history
The Clinton Administration expanded efforts to provide mothers and newborn children with health care. Today, a record high 82 percent of all mothers receive prenatal care. The infant mortality rate has dropped from 8.5 deaths per 1,000 in 1992 to 7.2 deaths per 1,000 in 1998, the lowest rate ever recorded.

Deactivated more than 1,700 nuclear warheads from the former Soviet Union
Efforts of the Clinton-Gore Administration led to the dismantling of more than 1,700 nuclear warheads, 300 launchers and 425 land and submarine based missiles from the former Soviet Union.

Protected millions of acres of American land
President Clinton has protected more land in the lower 48 states than any other president. He has protected 5 new national parks, designated 11 new national monuments and expanded two others and proposed protections for 60 million acres of roadless areas in America’s national forests.

Paid off $360 billion of the national debt
Between 1998-2000, the national debt was reduced by $363 billion — the largest three-year debt pay-down in American history. We are now on track to pay off the entire debt by 2009.

Converted the largest budget deficit in American history to the largest surplus
Thanks in large part to the 1993 Deficit Reduction Act, the 1997 Balanced Budget Act, and President Clinton’s call to save the surplus for debt reduction, Social Security, and Medicare solvency, America has put its fiscal house in order. The deficit was $290 billion in 1993 and expected to grow to $455 billion by this year. Instead, we have a projected surplus of $237 billion.

Lowest government spending in three decades
Under President Clinton federal government spending as a share of the economy has decreased from 22.2 percent in 1992 to a projected 18.5 percent in 2000, the lowest since 1966.

Lowest federal income tax burden in 35 years
President Clinton enacted targeted tax cuts such as the Earned Income Tax Credit expansion, $500 child tax credit, and the HOPE Scholarship and Lifetime Learning Tax Credits. Federal income taxes as a percentage of income for the typical American family have dropped to their lowest level in 35 years.

More families own stock than ever before
The number of families owning stock in the United States increased by 40 percent since 1992.

Most diverse cabinet in American history
The President has appointed more African Americans, women and Hispanics to the Cabinet than any other President in history. He appointed the first female Attorney General, the first female Secretary of State and the first Asian American cabinet secretary ever.

The second most dishonest president had driven America into a depression that Bush took us out of. America was doing very well until the moochercrats took control of congress in 2006.

C S Gregg • 9 years ago

Wow, take some time and go back and read the facts. Your history books are upside down.

johnpd • 9 years ago

The facts are America was slipping into a recession as the impeached Bill Clinton was leaving office. George Bush pulled us out of it with the help of Republicans. It was only after the moochercrats took office and went crazy with wasteful spending did our economy take a nosedive.

C S Gregg • 9 years ago

To johnpd,

I normally don't dialogue with people who speak in pejorative terms because it lowers the level of conversation...that being said I offer this:
According to the National Bureau of Economic Research (the official arbiter of U.S. recessions), there were 10 recessions between 1948 and 2011. The most recent recession began in December 2007 and ended in June 2009.

(no thanks to Republicans who have spent their time being road blocks.)

Ole SC • 9 years ago

Excuse me, but if the Democrats hadn't been blocked at numerous points, things would be even worse. Look at what happened when there wasn't enough Republicans to block Socialist programs. ObamaCare for example....not a single Republican supported it!!

Keith Wright • 9 years ago

Ok, now you have my ire. The only "Socialist" programs are designed for corporate welfare "moochers" such as the Koch brothers. You support their ideology as they make more money in a day than you will ever see in your lifetime...and pat them on the back as they rape your wallet, and the strength of our country. You're pathetic.

johnpd • 9 years ago

Working, succeeding, and, paying far more in taxes than should be required is a terrible thing isn't it?
Without the excess taxes that the successful producers pay there would be no freebies for you parasites that have come to expect.

johnpd • 9 years ago

The one that started in 2007 started just as the moochercrat took control of wasteful spending. The one before that was the one that the impeached Bill Clinton led us into and George Bush and the Republicans took us out of.
You moochers just can not understand that we can not spend our way out of debt.

Ole SC • 9 years ago

Oh, by the way....there are 380+ bills in the Senate, many of which are bipartisan bills that would help the economy and get this Country back on track but Reid (Democrat) won't let them come up for a vote. Now, "Who" is the road block machine??

jillocity • 9 years ago

over 350 bills sent from the House to the Senate, many of them (even most of them) jobs bills) held by reid, who won't even allow them to come to the floor for a vote, and republicans are road blocks? crawl back under your bridge

daemonman • 9 years ago

Road blocks....lol you realize it was wall street that chose Obama right?

You also realize that the recession has NOTHING to do with the house or the senate right? It has everything to do with the Fed whose board members pretty much follow wall street (the wall street that chooses the president). Get where this is going?

Everything in Washington is merely a farce, an act played out to get votes, deny votes, get party support, obtain tax evasions for partnered interests, get land for cheap, raise property value in selected areas...if you think, for any instant that the recession is due or partly due or could even be fixed by Washington, you're a complete moron. They are merely trying to better their own interests and could care less about any citizen.

That's why the economy is tanking but the market is high.

A recession is merely the market correcting itself from the perversion that is the Fed. Nothing can stop a recession, and QE is merely a facade that pushes money onto the massive conglomerates that run America, and thus the rich. So youre comment "no thanks to Republicans who have spent their time being road blocks" is asinine.
