From what I've heard the game is just gonna have the DLC on a code packaged with the game.....That's kinda lame (Good for those that don't have it though) But also means we don't need to bug Aksys for another localization :P
Totally lame indeed, wallet was alrdy half open, I was hoping for an eventual physical release with all DLC on cartridge, since Jpn dlcs can't be accessed with an US acct anyway. Oh well like others said on the bright side no need for double dipping. Hate bundle only with codes, totally defeat the purpose :(
You could get a PlayStation TV, but that is a pretty expensive route to go for just playing one game on your TV.
See, if this comes over, I'll probably actually buy it. Since I already own Muramasa on Wii, I was dubious about paying the entry price for the permission to buy the DLC on Vita.
Yep, same situation for me. Will buy if this comes over.
So is it Muramasa Rebirth, rebirth?
Bought it digital day one. I'm gonna get the dlc once sony puts it on sale.
its gone on sale multiple times now
Fuck I missed it. :(
According to this, is just packaged with DLC codes. Nice deal for those who don't already own but pointless if you already have it.
oh, that's disheartening.
Or on the bright side, now there's no reason to buy another copy. Thanks Vanillaware!!
I would double dip for this probably.
This post reminds me, I somehow missed out on the Spirited Seven Night's Haunting (third?) DLC chapter. I should probably download that one...
One of the best final boss battle music, right there!
Get it as soon as you can.
Music alone's almost enough to sell me on a game, but how's the story/character hold up?
I thought the 1st character (Nekomata) was interesting, but not too different from Kisuke/Momohime. The 2nd (Gonbe) was... all over the place and hard for me to get into. And the 4th (Rajyaki) was a lot like the Nekomata in terms of how she played, but I loved her storyline and genuinely laughed out loud a few times.
I liked playing as Arashimaru, his skills were different and interesting enough (loved the explosive special attack).
As for the Story, loved both endings, but the second one left me with the sesnsation that it should be extended/explored.
Definitely sounds interesting - especially for the ending. I understand these were mini-episodes, but I felt like 1,2,&4 wrapped things up too neatly (1 especially, wasn't a fan of that second ending).
Anyway, I'll grab it with any PSN credit I might get for Christmas ^^
Does this version add anything new/exclusive or is it just simply bundling all the previous dlc together?
It's just a bundling, with all of the DLC included on the cartridge.
That's... stupid, but I guess it's a worth while re-release like that.
Since I never got around to buying this game, I would totally get this, depending on price of course
The question of the modern age: buy the game now as is, or wait for the collected re-issue in the West?
There's already a collected digital version... Don't know how long you'd need to wait for a physical version.
o always wanted this game as disc on the ps3
Yes i was hoping something like this would happen for this game.
