Most people buying a home with 3% down generally aren't paying settlement costs out of pocket anyway so it really has little impact on them.

Most people buying a home with 3% down generally aren't paying settlement costs out of pocket anyway so it really has little impact on them.
3 percent down will not do it....closing/settlement fees need to come down...that might help!
