South Sudanese people have been refugees all their lives and they know how hard to be a refugee in another country and l don't think any South Sudanese would want to mistreat our visitors.
The current conflict has affect us all including our visitors. South Sudanese authorities should just treat our visitors like everybody else as long as they conform to the laws of the land.
As the saying goes "gods can bless you in the morning and curse you in the afternoon" that is to say that you don't have problems and you never have any problems that will require other people's helps, but that is an outrageous lie.
