I totally ignored anything coming out of Washington regarding my children's lunch. I made sure that they got the best of food and were not hungry. I did this because I knew the ruling class' children were eating better than ordinary Americans. I also am not reducing my carbon footprint because I live comfortably and plan on keeping it that way.

Mer Luchador • 4 years ago

CARBON is not a pollutant. neither is carbon dioxide.

gendotte • 4 years ago

yes it is. in the quantities we are dealing with today. Maybe you do not have acid rain in your city.

James S. Melbert • 4 years ago

I get amused at the many, many respondees that apparently have little or no knowledge of chemistry, and yet they pontificate on items they know nothing about. Just read the following comments. You'll see whay I mean.

A major research institution has just announced the discovery of the densest element yet known to science. The new element has been named Pelosium. Pelosium has one neutron, 12 assistant neutrons, 75 deputy neutrons, and 223 assistant deputy neutrons, giving it an atomic mass of 311.

These particles are held together by dark forces called morons, which are surrounded by vast quantities of lepton-like particles called peons.

The symbol of Pelosium is PU.

Pelosium's mass actually increases over time, as morons randomly interact with various elements in the atmosphere and become assistant deputy neutrons within the Pelosium molecule, leading to the formation of isodopes.

This characteristic of moron-promotion leads some scientists to believe that
Pelosium is formed whenever morons reach a certain quantity in voting

These comments right here are why we will never over come anything as a country. You all sit in front of your computers and bash one another for comments made. When the real problem here is what the schools and government are feeding our children when we are place them in to school, thinking we are doing the best thing for them. Wake up people and get your acts together. Come as one on a united front and things will change. Now go get busy for the sake of our future. Rant done..... You will now proceed to do as you have always done and bitch yet do nothing.

Lisa M Fransee • 4 years ago

the sad thing is. i was eating the same crap when i was in school and i have been out of school for 30 years now. it sucked then and it sucks now. but i can say my kids school here at H.H. Dow high school serve a good lunch for our kids. all three of my kids praise their lunches

Her menus are designed to be lacking in nutrients required for good brain development. Your children will be much easier to control if their brains are incapable of critical thought. They will have to continue depending upon the generosity of the government to stay fed, clothed and sheltered. That is to say they will remain democrats.

ReneĆ© Kunkel • 5 years ago

It's the first step in brain washing- starve the prisoners, keep them tired, and bombard them with propaganda and outright lies!

Gale Lett • 5 years ago

You are correct. This is only one of the methods they are using to control the food supply. It is becoming illegal in some states to have a garden. It's illegal to collect rain water. You can't buy or sell raw milk. The government doesn't want people to be self sufficient. They want us to depend on them for everything. He who controls the food controls the people.

Dan DeWar • 5 years ago

the government won't get my garden. I have had one for 50 years and ain't about to give it up yet. I live in the country and have guns. I can , will, do step out the door and get supper. They are not gonna have me by the stomach

dontblamemeborn1981 • 5 years ago

I'd like to see some of the libtard trolls on here try to defend this one. Here are some more for them to defend:

Taking away other people's guns while Democrat politicians refuse to surrender their own armed bodyguards.

Demanding that everyone else reduce their carbon footprint while Democrat politicians refuse to leave their mansions that cause more environmental damage in one week than most apartments cause in one year.

Demanding that everyone else use public transportation as much as possible while Democratic politicians continue to use their own limousines.

Promoting racial and ethnic tolerance and diversity, yet refusing to live in a community where blacks and whites actually live near each other (and often are not self-congratulatory about it). This is especially problematic if the liberal is from the Northeast and will get defensive about not living near very many people of color.

Promoting tolerance of sexual orientation minorities, yet getting defensive when Republicans point out that the late Fred Phelps was a lifelong Democrat and that he was more homophobic than every Republican combined. The practice of picketing funerals is a Democratic invention. Own it, Democrats! Al Gore sure as hell owned it as the Phelps family was invited by Gore to the 1997 Clinton inauguration.

Only a Democrat would willingly let only politicians protect themselves while confiscating everyone else's guns.

Only a Democrat would be stupid enough to not expect politicians to also reduce their carbon footprints (nobody is forcing Al Gore to live in a mansion).

Only a Democrat would be stupid enough to endorse a politician who can't use the public transportation that he or she promotes.

Democrats make every excuse possible for not living somewhere in Mississippi where blacks and whites live near each other. They use excuses such as "the school system," "the job market," and even the weather.

Fred Phelps was a lifelong Democrat and any Google search of him with Al Gore will prove that Gore did in fact invite the Phelps family to the 1997 Clinton inauguaration. Don't be mad at me that the Westboro Baptist Church has always been on the Donkeys' team.

Gather 'round children and let me tell you the sad tale of a man named Barack (No he's not a Vulcan, although the name sounds like he could be). He would have made a fine third shift manager at a McDonalds or possibly a Carl's Jr., but because he spoke well (When a teleprompter is available) and promised everyone everything and came up with snappy slogans he was elected to high office, where he embarrassed himself regularly and disappointed everyone who once believed in him.

Eventually he fell from grace and nobody wanted to be his friend anymore. His wife left him for another man and his children became addicted to drugs and sold their bodies to pay for their addictions. Finally with nothing left to live for he tarred and feathered himself and then hung himself from a sour apple tree. Nobody went to his funeral and he was buried in a paupers grave on Boot Hill. The only marker is a small half rotten tree stump with one word carved into it: Pretender

Last time a "king's" wife showed dietary hypocrisy, the masses grabbed the offending couple and sent them TO THE GUILLOTINE!

Connie Alsip • 5 years ago

I'd pay to watch that on PPV. The two most corrupt nasty ass idiots EVER to live in our White House. Disgusting trolls.

The Do as I say not as I do dictatorship... strikes again!

Lex Gnosticos • 5 years ago

Again, Shelley is not empowered under law to set any type of law or policy, she is not even an elected "representative". Given these facts, why is this going on in the first place? Could it be that Obama enjoys breaking the law? I think the answer is obvious, and she is fully complicit. A representative Republic, which is the ONLY type of govt.
allowed in the 50 states, does not allow for ANY type of law or policy by fiat. PERIOD. PEOPLE NEED TO IGNOR THIS "POLICY" ENTIRELY. Pack a decent lunch for your kids, and tell the school to stuff it.

Connie Alsip • 5 years ago

Amen! I hope they both get some kinda jungle rot and die, preferably tomorrow.

judilane • 5 years ago

Why are we allowing the wife of the most inept President ever...to tell our children what they can or cannot eat at school? Who made her able to write laws?

Connie Alsip • 5 years ago

Absolutely correct. She is a disbarred attorney, for intimidation. Someone you really want to have in charge of your kid's menus.

STinking liberal, reads something that is absolutely correct, and since it's against his little liberal agenda, attacks a TRUTH! And please, since you seem to be sniffing butts here. what are YOUR credentials??

Al Saulinsky • 5 years ago

Well huh. My kids are home schooled and they eat pretty healthy. Plus it's home cooked, and they aren't being brainwashed and dumbed down. Oh, and they manage to get all their work done before noon (with no homework).

Notaliberal101 • 5 years ago

They don't get the best meals because they are half black.....they get it because they can and don't give a damn about the rest of the country. It is a do as I say and not as I do administration.

CowboyUp Mayer • 5 years ago

My question is Why is this DUMB BITCH in charge of school lunches and what the hell happened to school lunches that she had to stick her dirty chubby fingers into them ? Now you have lunches that they would not serve to prison inmates let alone children no wonder they don't want want to eat them !

Cap • 5 years ago

Wow...what a sick bunch of people. Rush Limbaugh and Fox News keeps them up to date on the latest bunch of lies and trash.

capn-gary • 5 years ago

And do you think that Odumbo and Moosechelle eat meals like the rest of us? Ha!

Marlo Miller Ricciardi • 5 years ago

They reported on her lobster and mimosa lunch in room service during the first campaign. I used to be rather well off and unless I was on vacation at the beach in Mexico wouldn't have considered having lobster at lunch.

Marie16 • 5 years ago

I'd like to see how much food is thrown away at that school. I know as a kid, that menu would not have appealed to me. I would have probably liked the chicken and that would have been about it. Anyone that has been in a school cafeteria knows that the majority of the kids are so busy talking that they throw a lot of food out whether it's healthy or not.
I just get so tired of the "we're just like you, the average American" when they truly are not. It's do as I say, not as I do.

WitchWay • 5 years ago

Most of the time that I was in school I packed my own lunch simply because I found the school hot lunch disgusting. That was sixty years ago and I don't see much improvement.

Marlo Miller Ricciardi • 5 years ago

60 years ago we got much better lunches in school than they are giving the kids now. I still remember we got fish sticks one Friday and salmon croquettes the next Friday out of deference to the 5 catholics in the whole town. And homemade strawberry shortcake,

jstahswf • 5 years ago

Kids arent allowed to bring thier own food from home anymore and pb&j's are racist.

Marlo Miller Ricciardi • 5 years ago

They can take it to school here.

Gale Lett • 5 years ago

Well of course. The King and his court enjoy the finest of everything. While his peon subjects get the dregs.

Carl W • 5 years ago

You think the Bush's weren't eating the same type of meals? What a ridiculous argument.

Gale Lett • 5 years ago

Oh gawd, another one who wants to blame something on a past president. This ones been in office almost four years. What has he accomplished during that time other than to totally destroy this country? Besides, when Bush was in office at least school kids had decent meals to eat.

Affirmative Action preferences are dangerous, as we can see with Barack Obama in the White House. Have you ever read anything Obama wrote as "president of the Harvard Law Review"? No? That's because he didn't write anything, as virtually all did before him and after him. Obama produced nothing scholarly whilst a part-time, EEOC appointee at UC Law, and was not viewed as tenure track material.

Have you tried to read Michelle Obama's "senior thesis" from Princeton? According to the late pundit, Christopher Hitchens, writing about this work, ..."To describe it as hard to read would be a mistake; the thesis cannot be "read" at all, in the strict sense of the verb. This is because it wasn't written in any known language".....I have looked at it, it's largely unintelligible.

Elizabeth Fisher • 5 years ago

I tried to read her thesis, but I couldn't get past the "hate whitey" theme.

Can we double check the DNA on those Obama kids. Something tells me that they were adopted by the Chief Scumbag.

Barbie • 5 years ago

Peggy I have thought this ever since they came on the scene.. the Obamas or so into themselves they never had time to have kids.. wish someone would do some tracking ,on this as I will never believe the two girls are theirs . Moochelle would never take time for such a thing as having a baby.... they needed these girls for show when running for President ..
