It will kill us all, blah.blah blah! fact of the matter is that you need to be literally swapping spit or rolling around in the fluids of an infected unfortunate and not seek treatment to be killed. Most of the Europeans that were diagnosed early and evacuated for treatment are all alive and kicking. AIDS kills far more people and thousands are infected every hour, yet there is no hysteria. In many cases people are proud to know some of the infected and go about their lives quite healthily because they as a rule do not swap fluids with them. We need to not accept the implication of their supposed "failure" because it hides that fact tat this is being done intentionally. Words matter. We need to never refer to what they have done, and haven't done, as a "failure", because it isn't.

These days, in government, failure is constantly being rewarded, not punished. No one ever goes to prison for failing. The excuse of failure is constantly used to increase budgets, not decrease them.
