What I think is going on....Obama was put into position to elected President in order to finish the goal of the New World Order. USA is the hold out and they need this country to be 'in'. Canada is in on that too....but they are more careful about what parts they are pushing forward. We need to become a third world country....a collapse...in order to finish doing away with the Constitution and get us to where we will accept the UN regulations. We already have the UN telling us we will take in Muslim refugees from Syria and when they come here as a UN refugee, they get welfare, food stamps,free medical, Medicaid and more. While we have Americans in need....and while we are going under financially because no one will balance the budget. We will just take more and more from tax payers to give to these refugees....and they will be permanently on welfare rolls

The regulations are meant to protect the public. This isn't an issue of "due process" - or "self incrimination," the intent of that language is meant to protect those accused of a crime and/or ensure fairness within the legal system. WIth regard to "right to privacy," within society we do give up some privacy in circumstances where the public health is at stake. This is why random cars are stopped to check for drunk drivers. You may not like it, you may feel incriminated - yet it's done as a method of public safety. That's part of living in a contract society. Doctors are required to report certain illnesses to public health agencies and quarantine may be mandated. Without probing into a person's activities,etc., and getting information, it would be impossible to trace and contain an epidemic.

Obama fails to learn Bush's lessons. It touches not only medical sphere, but the military one as well. You don't win wars by playing nice, or worrying about whether the enemy is going to like you if you do. There are only two ways to end a war, WIN or surrender. While Bush was interested in winning the wars, the democrats were more interested in winning the election, even if that meant losing the war and wasting as many American lives as needed in the process. They used their propaganda wing to elect a lying Marxist ideologue with no real world experience and a hatred of what it means to be American to the presidency.
