i've tried on a few occasions to install disqus on my tumblr. only this most recent attempt of mine does it seem to be working. (we will see, I suppose)

i usually just end up reblogging the thing I want to "comment" on, and merely add my commentary as a means of commenting on tumblr.

In addition to my bright blue NBs...
I have a pair of the Grey Sueded NB 999's -- and the thing about the 999's, you could find them on the feet of the entire freshman class that arrived at Ole Miss in 1997. However there was but one pair among the sea of Grey Suede tennies that didn't quietly blend in with the others... for the laces were always changing colors... sometimes to color coordinate with my outfit... but most of the time to reflect some sort of mood I was in.

yes. i'm particularly odd. but then again, like that is a news flash.

riddle me this, batman... what would possess ANYONE to put a big frothy cap of whipped cream on top of a mug of apple cider??

The Starbucks Caramel Apple Spice (their fancy name for Hot Apple Cider) comes topped off with whipped-cream unless the customer otherwise indicates that the whipped-cream is undesirable. Whipped-cream topping for an Apple Cider?!? And they look at me like I'm the oddball for ordering my "Venti Caramel Apple Spice -- NO WHIPPED"

Anyway. Sorry for the random intrusion and outburst.... but starbucks is a maddening place sometimes.
