I can dig it! I'm a big fan of Jerzy Milian, another from that same era and region. Also reminds me of old Sesame Street episodes.

In the video, you can see the female usher motion to the younger boy, probably telling the kid to give the ball to him. Of course he didn't have to do what she said, so it was still a nice move on his part.

Hmm, I really like the dot effect at the top, but I HATE the typography at the bottom and especially the UPC symbol (sooo early 90s).
