The fill rate seems to vary greatly - particularly if you see a spike in usage. It seems like the fill rate increases over time if your number of users stay the same.

I know some people who's had success with Mobclix - basically running iAd as the preferred ad network, and then backfilling with others. Might be worth checking out.

If the House had not passed the bailout, would we be blaming the fall on the lack of action? Given that action was taken, why can't I blame the fall on the bailout?

Honestly; it seems the same type of fall prompted enough lawmakers to change their mind last week. What changed?

I vehemently disagree. I don't buy that this is the only way to save us from a crash. Multiple credible economists have suggested other, cheaper alternatives with less of the moral hazard of bailing out Wall St.

With ex-CEO of Goldman Sachs coming up with an urgent plan to save Goldman Sachs and an eminent investor with $5bn in preferred GS stock coming out in favor, I call BS.
