I want to see the actual paper Trader Joe signed. From the Breitbart quote posted above, I see huge holes. Pardon'ed for what? Can today's president encumber tomorrow's president with a blank "you can't prosecute Liz" no matter what she might have done or will do?

A "pardon" is for something adjudicated. Biden's pardon's won't hold up under scrutiny. Otherwise, the "all illegal activity" could easily be extended into the future. Today's POTUS can, indeed, incumber tomorrow's POTUS.

This is not rocket science.

U Street Metro PCS, I think you don't understand the meaning of "gender" and how someone in the 1990s or so changed its definition. Everyone everywhere in the world equates "gender" with "biological sex" until some activist changed the definition. The proper term is "gender expression" which is, has been and always will be a choice.

The NFIB v Sibelius case is redundant. The income tax amendment admits unlimited taxation. There is no need to delve into the why's or whereof's of Roberts' "penalty is a tax" ruling. All that needs changing in the PPACA law is substitute "tax" for every occurance of "penalty". Base PPACA on income tax and the government can take 100% of your income and then distribute it to whomever it chooses.

I don't know how the "takings clause" and the 16th Amendment get along together, but I suspect the 16th overrides all that came before.

What DOES equate to something smelly is that in Apr 2018, the NYT published a video of a professor showing his class how easy it is to hack a Dominion voting machine. Lo and behold, after Nov 6, 2020, vote fraud was claimed about Dominion voting machines. In Antrim County, Michigan they had to replace the software to get the correct vote. Any person who has been in software development or management for more than 2 years knows that there is no way to audit or trust an operation done on the software after an election begins.

"Contact tracers" are based on the Chinese model of stopping the spread of the pandemic. In China, fail to answer a question about your contacts or lie about them and you will be "re-educated". In America, I will not answer any questions from any federal agency ever other than the minimum necessary to fulfill the Constitutional census requirement. No one should ever trust the "FBI". In China if you leave your house during a government mandated lock-down, you will be "re-educated".

Much of what is said in this post seems to be emotional belief.
There are no links to substantiate assertions that I know to be false.
Trump's tax cuts helped all - me included. Same for Reagan's. Author of this
post focuses on "the rich" who also received a tax cut.
Author fails to recognize that it was the "rich" that created
Google, FaceBook, Microsoft, Amazon, GM, Ford, Boeing, Walmart,
the Internet, computers, personal computers, software
and every high paying job from all huge employers in America.

I don't think this issue has a resolution. It is a chicken and egg problem
to many and if someone believes in the chicken, there is no convincing him or
her of the egg. A genuine student of history and economics would do
an ab initio study of how great ideas result in great things for the public
and great wealth for the inventors/developers of those great ideas. To date,
I've seen no progressives that have engaged in such a study.

While I'm no believer in "supply side" economics, to dismiss it as
irrelevant is simple minded and ignorant. I'm sure this author and
the commentators are are not of that ilk. If I am wrong, please explain why
a government that takes more from all the poor and middle class has
ever helped America.

Rep Tlaib should understand that a simple majority in the House does not remove a POTUS from office. She has demonstrated no such knowledge. If 2/3's of the House believes in impeachment she may have a case because then, it is a possibility that 2/3's of the Senate might agree. Until there is a remote possibility the Senate will vote to remove, she is just publicly expressing her irrational hate for Donald Trump and making noise promoting herself.

So far, Tlaib has demonstrated no talent, not knowledge of American founding principles, and no wisdom as to how to actually solve problems in America. (I would add that Pelosi and Schumer have demonstrate equal incompetence).
