Incidentally, regarding LBJ...all that dancing, preening, and posing (in Cleveland and Miami) always comes with a bill that must eventually be paid. Always.

An NBC colleague-of-yours-at-the-time Marv Albert used Wendell's "man who" concept on occassion to throw to Ahmad Rashad at the start of NBA telecasts.

As in: "And now to a man who thinks the Iowa Caucus is a CBA franchise..."

As you know, Rapid Robert is still pretty visible around the Indians in Cleveland. Believe me, he puts the "crotch" in "crotchety."

Interesting Toast mentions artists. The only people I know who use Macs are a friend in the film business and one who is a creative at an ad agency. They both love them and swear they'll never use a PC. Since my computer use has always had a foundation at work, I've used what the business has had. That's always Windows-driven PC.
