I backed (more than $100) and promoted the Kickstarter campaign due to the promise of Linux support. Apart from capes not working due to some idiotic middleware they were using, the Linux version worked very well, and I can't remember experiencing any serious bugs.

It would be sad if they stopped developing games for Linux since that would mean I would no longer be able to play their games. I think Obsidian gained a lot of goodwill due to supporting several platforms, but it is, of course, their choice if they want to do that in the future.

Can't say I noticed any difference. Lollipop is nice in general, though the camera app has bugged out a couple of times when trying to take pictures.

Not sure why it worked, and in any case it's too late for me to care since I already did it. Just thought I should mention it since your use case is identical to mine (towelrooted Nexus 4). I just installed the OTA update and got Lollipop. The only problem is that I lost root after the update, and towelroot doesn't work with Lollipop.

Actually, I updated from bootloader unlocked, towel rooted kitkat to lollipop with the OTA update just fine.

Mina källor säger nämligen något annat: http://store.steampowered.c... . Just nu har Dota2 645 311 spelare, Payday2 har 7 264. Det finns alltså nästan 100ggr fler Dota2-spelare.

"Orsaken är för få användare." Anledningen till det är kanske att deras så kallade "stöd" för Linux varit skit hur länge som helst, och varit extremt svårt använda eller ens få att fungera. BankID är buggigt skräp, proprietär mjukvara där de inte ens vill berätta vilka standarder de använder, eftersom vi alla vet att "security by obscurity" är den bästa säkerhetsprincipen... Att svenska myndigheter har ett beroende till en sådan skitapplikation tycker jag är pinsamt.

Actually shift+insert is enough. Interestingly, ctrl+shift+V and shift+insert paste from two different clipboards, so you can paste two different things should you so wish. ctrl+shift+V pastes from the ctrl+C clipboard, shift+insert pastes from the selection clipboard (i.e. if you select text in Linux, it ends up in this clipboard automatically).

VLC plays both music and videos, without being bloated like iTunes or WMP. It's also available for all three main OSs. Great piece of software.

I would just like to add that Y-front is not necessarily uniquely British. We have that word in Sweden as well. The only place I saw them was when I was in the army, though.

Jag vill tillägga att det speciella med Roosevelt Island var att det var som en oas av lugn mitt i den hektiska åtta-miljonersstaden. Det kändes knappt att man var i New York längre, vilket ändå var ett välkommet avbrott från stressen och ljudnivån inne i staden.

Great review of the game that introduced me to RPGs on the computer when I was a kid. I still remember that weekend when a friend and I sat playing this for ten hours straight at my father's office. We just forgot the time. :)

Awesome little program!

However, I would really like an option to adjust the redshift based on time of day instead of latitude+longitude, e.g. make redshift kick in every day at 22.00 and deactivate automatically at 07.00. (I'm sorry if it's been brought up already, but there doesn't appear to be a way to search through comments)

What do you think, jonls?

Ah.

I don't know if you ever noticed while trying Ubuntu, but that's how Gnome has done it for a long time, though in what I guess you would call a window centric way.

Apps that don't close when you close their window are put in a "systray" of sorts, with the difference that it contains only apps running in the background. The clock, volume control, weather report and shutdown/logout buttons are seperate entities, that I am free to move around or put wherever I wish. They just happen to be in the same area on my system, because I like it that way.

Not all apps are put in this systray (though I can add a different one with this functionality, should I wish), only those that don't exit when you close their window and they disappear from what in Gnome is called the Window List.

The programs I have in the systray are programs I want running more or less all the time; they are out of my way (i.e. taking up a minimum of screen estate) but easily accessible so I can close them should I wish to do so. Programs I don't run that often are in the Window List, with a text title in addition to their icon to make them easily identifiable since they and their icons might be more unfamilliar to me, the user.

It works perfectly for me. It's easy and quite intuitive, I think.

I said it before, but I still can't see how this new docking method is so superior. I personally quite dislike the OSX way of having the running apps AND their launchers as the same icon. Icons beings the only way to identify the program, I might add, unless you waste time hovering the mouse over them... And don't get me started with what happens when you drag an icon from the dock onto the desktop... :)

There's a reason I never really bothered with all the dock clones out there.
