Lucky friends being gifted this cheesecake! It's SO good! Normally I would make a large one and give it away but I'm working on a baking project right now which sees me regularly baking 4-5 recipes each weekend so my neighbours/ friends don't need anything more!

Definitely the meatballs needed a bit of help flavour wise (and they need to be much smaller, imo!). I loved this soup as not only did it taste great but it brought back great memories of travel!

I thought the filling was very fluffy but I used cookie butter so it might have whipped up more.

These are so cute! Does the potato stay purple when you cook it? I've used these before and it has tensed to bleed into the rest of the food but doesn't look like it did here!

Hmmm, interesting. Good to know they can be done like this but I don't suppose they have the same depth of flavour that such a long slow cook would give. I was wondering about making the sauce on its own and using it on other things, might have to try!
