I have used the Tone+ and the Ultra and NOT the Infinium. However I did use the Gear circle (HORRIBLE because of the system it uses to stay on your neck) and the Motorola "buds", both of which has acceptable sound but the Gear Circle's "neck stay-on-your-neck" system is ridiculous and the Motorola's stiff plastic is not good at all. The Tone+ & Tone Ultra have a stiff but flexible structure that grips your neck but is flexible enough for varying neck sizes and for me, they just stay on way better than the Gear Circle and the Motorola. The Motorola is too stiff and not flexible enough and kind of does a "wheelie" on my neck making it less comfortable and more noticeable to onlookers and more likely to get caught in my hair. The Gear Circle is just a cable with ear buds on the end that falls off if you are doing anything more physical than sitting at a desk. To prevent it from slipping off your neck the geniuses at Samsung included a set of three clear plastic "half circles" that are supposed to connect the loose cord/buds more securely to your neck. That is ridiculous and is uncomfortable and doesn't fit all neck sizes and the whole thing is just bad. That fact that someone sat around a conference table and selected that plastic neck thing as a solution to keep the cable/ear bud deal on, is insane. Ok so back to the difference between the Tone+ and the Tone Ultra - the worst thing about the Tone Ultra is a) the volume is lower than the Tone+ & b) the controls are on the side instead of on the top and as a result they are way harder to feel (without looking) and control as the reviewer points out. If you can find and buy the Tone+ that is a way better option than anything i have seen since the manufacturers started making these things.

Re: Meet Joe | JD Messinger

Hi JD, it's so cool to hear you talk about this. I've been pondering my dog while you were pondering yours. I think God in His/Her infinite wisdom, has sent dogs to us, to remind us how to love ("Dog" is God spelled backwards for a reason, right?). Could our dogs' "brand" of love be a lesson about who we really are & what we're supposed to be here to do? I often think that perhaps if we could love each other just 1/100th as much as our dogs love us, then we'd solve a lot of problems. I don't know about you all, but the older I get, the more i feel like i can see the light in other people. It doesn't matter if they are stinky homeless people laying on the side of the road or transexuals walking down Miami Beach or Pastors at my local church - God is lifting the veil to show me who they REALLY are and I feel like I'm finally seeing what Indiana's been seeing all along.....that we're all connected and radiating the Love of God - and if we can just set aside the preconceived notions about who we are on the outside, we could finally see the love & the light emanating from within, just like our dog's do.

Re: Study Ranks Americas Most Liberal and Conservative Cities

Jason, I'm just wondering, are you an American???

Emily

Re: Mercedes Benz – “Black & Light” – Jung von Matt, Hamburg

...It was beautiful and enthralling, but in my book, that's not enough to get the customer to say they're going to buy the product (or at least go in to a dealership to find out more about it). I really try to NOT leave potential customers saying "WTF" (ahem, excuse my French)...If you leave the potential customer THAT unsure about the features and benefits, without giving them some other reason to come in and find out about the product, I think ur in trouble. I really would like to see THAT meeting around the conference table. (whoever programmed this chat window should be shot....because it SUCKS, btw.) So David and Stark, i agree with you. (and that's what i think after 25 years in the business for whatever that's worth).

Emily

Re: Study Ranks Americas Most Liberal and Conservative Cities

Michael, I couldn't have said it better myself. THANK GOD I live just north of HOUSTON Texas which is very similar to Oklahoma, I'm sure. I never used to think "Hey I don't think I'll move to Boulder becuase it's too liberal for me", but now, at 49, it's one of my absolute top priorities when i think about where i want to live (as well as who i want to date and what movies i want to see and even what businesses i will utilize)....I can't STAND to hear that "crud" everywhere I go and in Houston I can say, at least, that most everywhere you go, you hear people standing up for Christian beliefs, showing respect for the President (even when we desperately don't agree with him), and not using the United States of America as a "punching bag". that was right on. BTW I'm not going to apolgize for what we've done...sure we've made some mistakes....all countries and government's have....but our mistakes...our WORST DAY doesn't even compare or come close to what the rest of the world has done on their best day. NO ONE has given more, NO ONE has sent more food and care to others in their times of need and NO ONE has given more of her sons and daughters for the sake of freedom in this world than the USA and I, for one, am proud of her great history and her actions - from Valley Forge all the way up to Iraq!!! (by the way, thank you from the bottom of my heart, all US Military folks). And thank you, Michael, for writing this!
