You should realize that the labs are tested against known versions of products.  If the dependency checker tells you that it cannot detect the product on your machine - it is because you don't have it installed.  As you have figured out - you have a different version of the integration services than what the lab has been tested with.  IMHO, it would be a much bigger failure to let you think that the lab might work perfectly when you are using versions of products with which it has not been tested.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;In the future, you always have the option of simply invoking the installation script manually.  Check the dependencies.xml in the setup folder for any lab and you will see what other installation scripts (if any) are invoked by looking at the tasks element.  However, you should be cognizant that you are on your own here and that you are working on a lab that has not been tested with your version.  Things might go well or might not.
