Un-fucking-conscionable!

I'm not a violent person. But in cases like this, I honestly believe that the punishment should fit the crime. The scum who beat Barrie should be dealt the exact level of hate they doled out. Once caught, each of them should be held down by five volunteers (raising my hand) while Barrie shows them the same kind of humanity they showed him.

A nose for a nose.
An eye socket for an eye socket.
A jaw for a jaw.

But then ... that would only make us as baseless as these vile pieces of shit.

So ... here's a human remedy we can all have a hand in: Take the energy of your anger and put it into helping Barrie's cause.

Help him pay what promises to be an insanely high insurance bill.

If everyone who reads this article donates 5 bucks (or more) — the price of one beer — as a way to show Barrie that we, the sane and human and loving people of this city, have his back. Then maybe, just maybe, the financial burden of this horrible crime will be one less thing he has to think about in the months and years to come.

Do it now, seriously.
