Let's look at Larson's track record. He failed previously running for judgeships in Superior Court. Then he gets appointed by his friends on the city council, without a open/transparent process without interviewing anyone else for the position. He's a good old boy, nice guy that is believing he's the SUPERMAN to save the day at the court by his latest little performance before the city council in which all the staff that have been abused we're drug into. He needs to move on. Maybe he and Morgan should open their own practice!

the new supervisor was hired with no supervisory experience and there were several applicants with degrees and supervisory experience. a huge increase in pay also.

I personally think the Mirror has done a service to the city exposing the workplace violence that exists in the court. Rumor now is that the union is in there all the time because of the continuing administrative blunders that continually go on there. You're spending alot of time and energy defending yourself, why is that? Behind most rumors there's truth and if there's a shred of truth in this, then sir, you should hang up your robe and Dave Larson should too.

What's normal? A judge that talks suicide and still is in charge of a community with his partner judge as a sidekick. There's nothing normal in Federal Way Court.

Dear court administrator,
'I am particularly troubled that misconceptions and false assumptions regarding Judge Morgan are appearing in a public forum', this statment makes me laugh. If everything that went on with Morgan and his company were public, the saga that the city has endured for months would end and taxpayers would no longer paying for this.
Is this real, your entire court and staff are being paid for by the taxpayers did you seem to forget that and we are not idiots and see through the smokescreen of the kangaroo court.

I heard the work enviroment continues to be hostile even after the investigation described. I agree with the above comment that the young man that returned the $10K should be the judge.
