I guess, what I was looking for is "what group" vendor, property owner...etc... are the the basis for the positive projection.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The corporate climate has changed dramatically in the mid-west.  In Minneapolis, one of the major covention centers we do business with has noticed a significant 40% drop in business in 2009 alone.   There are properties in Fargo ND that have reflected similar losses.
