Actually, you are totally allowed to put down a complete stranger, if you can get them to sign off on it. You don't have to prove the non-birthing partner is the biological parent.

The inner lip is actually one of the most painless tattoos possible. There are almost no nerves concentrated there. You'd think it would hurt like hell, but that is completely not the case.

If they are in the back so that it doesn't have any impact on me, go for it? Why should I judge how someone else adds to their enjoyment of an activity? I like to drink beer while watching movies, and I can certainly find theaters that are praised for letting me combine those two pastimes. If someone really likes commenting in real time on a movie, how is that any skin off my ass? And I don't even have internet access on my flip phone, so it's not like I have a dog in this fight.

Now, people who answer their phones or open them where the glare affects those behind them are dicks. But that's not what we're talking about here.

My roommate bought one of those once from the Lillian Vernon catalog. It did, in fact, take 2 C batteries, and when she turned it on it interfered with the tv reception. I don't think it was ever used as a personal pleasure device, but it was great for freaking out cats and visitors.
