Any college applicant who does not identify themselves as black or Native American has no sense at all, regardless their GPA and SAT scores. Just imagine, if all the applicants so identified they all would qualify for free-rides at any university in the country, and just dare anyone to question your self-identity--they will be facing huge lawsuits for discrimination.

The psychiatric manual of disorders for physicians listed homosexuality as a psychiatric disorder until the DSM 3, which dropped homosexuality in 1980 not because of any new scientific information but only for political reasons. LGBTI are all social decisions, not scientific.

It has been estimated that 99.9% of all animal species (but interestingly not plant species) that ever existed on earth became extinct before man ever arrived on the scene (if you accept the orthodox evolutionary time-scale). Obviously that occurred before there was an EPA. What arrogance to think that puny homo sapiens could make any difference in the natural decay of the planet. It's like pissing in the ocean and thinking it matters at all to ocean life.

Every ER doc who has had enough experience to be competent has a story or two about objects removed that accidentally slipped in too far up the rectum. My personal best was a Barbie Doll covered in lube and inserted head first. Once past the anal sphincter there is no retrieving the object without assistance. The patient explained that his niece had been visiting and left the doll on the seat of his lazy boy. Later, while nude he sat on the lazy boy and, damn, the doll slipped right up his arse. I hate it when that happens.

I spent 40 years working in the emergency room. I saw many cases that some might consider child-abuse (such as being slapped or spanked on the bottom). I was very reluctant to report this to authorities because I knew that they would overreact and even remove children from the home. Discipline of children is necessary, more today than ever, but the department of children and family services has become out of control, taking children from families for simple disciplinary actions. I don't trust government agencies to act in the best interest of these children. They have an agenda far beyond the welfare of children. You can go to any mall and see the effect of children raised without adequate discipline. Weekend read in Proverbs the councel that to "spare the rod, spoil the child." It is true today as it was 2300 years ago.

I was raised Roman Catholic--infant baptism, first communion, confirmation, altar boy, parochial school, Lenten obligations, the whole package. A principle doctrine during that time (50s and 60s) was Papal infallibility. This Pope has definitively negated that doctrine and, in my opinion, the whole of Catholicism. I believe that there are saved Christians within the Catholic church, but that is in spite of a great deal of false doctrine. I pray that you are one of those.

Millions of people oppressed under the threat (and thousands of examples) of being displaced and homeless, tortured and killed in the most horrendous ways imaginable, including children and babies being crucified or burned or buried alive. Women of all ages being tortured, raped and killed--and all this because of differences in religious beliefs; and you want to do nothing. This war with militant Islamists will go on for generations. We can capitulate and suffer the consequences or we can fight. (I agree that Europe needs to get into the fight and quit depending on the US to secure their safety.)

Recently, while driving through a large apartment complex at a cautious 20 mph of group of six or eight "youths" who were along the side of the road decided to move into the middle of the road and pass a basketball back and forth amongst themselves as I approached. The oldest was perhaps 14, the youngest perhaps 10. I was just in no mood for this and continued at my relatively slow speed, making no effort to slow down or to avoid the crowd in front of me. Maybe it was the look at my eyes but the group seemed to realize that their game was not going to work on me. As several jump out of my way I received the usual curses, hand signals and racial epithets but I continued on my way. In retrospect, I wonder what would have happened if one of them had faked contact and injury? It probably would've made local, if not national news. But, if this situation should happen again I don't think I would do it differently. We just can't let these feral black youths intimidate us. I also wonder if I had come to a stop what the outcome might have been. I was armed and if I had felt my life threatened I would've used it. Trayvon Martin redux.

The climate change cabal has its own army of Jonathan Grubers, prepared to obfuscate and manipulate data to get the results they want to keep their very lucrative positions and government grants. It has been shown conclusively that there has not been any net increase in global temperatures in over 17 years, so the NOAA has to play a different card, making the dubious claim of the "warmest October on record." Those records date all the way back to the mid-1970s when, with satellites we could get a reasonably accurate approximation of global temps.

If there is a warming trend we should look at sun activity. There is little evidence that CO2 plays any significant role. You know, temperatures on Mars have been rising for at least 30 years and the CO2 composition of Mars' atmosphere is 95%, earth's is 0.039%.

I have taught an SBC Sunday school for several years. I do not use prepared materials but write my own lessons. Most have been on church history, Christian apologetics and current events, especially the rise of Islam and its threat on Christians and Jews. While traditional Baptists keep harping about the Pope being the beast of Revelation, they are completely ignorant of what Islam has become--Islam is the Beast. It fits every criteria given in scripture. The persecution and slaughter of Christians and Jews is only the beginning. We must pray for strength, wisdom, perseverance and the protection of the Holy Spirit for ourselves and our brothers and sisters. It is coming.
