I use BOA and I hate them, but I've been with them for so long I have some advantages of staying with them. I've had better luck in KS with taking care of crazy charges, which is part of "Gotcha Capitalism." This means that banks, like our dear BOA, charge less on the whole for overdrawn accounts, but charge more frequently and more customers. Meaning they make millions off a small seemingly harmless charges. $20 here, $35 there and who will notice. I've heard that BOA may be taken to court in a class action law suit.
