Begins With No Credit Card On File

I read the comments to the no credit card issue and the trip goes into "extra time"; I think what is great is - this forum and the responses that we can chat and meet hearing each others inspirations and learn from. It is critical that we keep in touch with our associates and be prepared and make plans in the event I was placed in this position.
Well done LCT.

Re: LINDA MOORE: Are 5 Affiliate Calls Per Ride Too Much?

It was actually perfect to read your article.

Our firm is near an Australian beta version of a worldwide realtime system that engages the isues you have raised "labor costs - how to manage them. I worked on the frontline as the chauffeur, then in the reservation team, moved onto dispatch and then my hair was green, red, pink it was changing color everyday wasting time with all the risk systems we had.

So we have very busy over the past two years writing and developing a management risk system that DOES streamline solutions with the flexibility to cater for ALL team members. I must say are visits over the past years to the LCT Shows have been our biggest windfall talking and meeting with the greatest of operators and listening to their daily issues, success stories and waht they could do WITHOUT in this great industry.

Some questions for thought was do I want to be a chauffeur, a reservationist a dispatcher or wear ALL THE HATS in the world?

I personally have been injected with limoblood everyday since I was given the opportunity to enter the industry 22 years ago.

We have identified IT integration as the middle source/tool and have created a model for our home base in Sydney and then will look to other continents to integrate them within BUT separate entities. Our office has pictures of the Star Trek members and other beautiful creatures within our galactica but we all must communicate somehow.

We are not the final solution but on track with tools for a major platform we can ALL work with independently and collectively.

My trips appear within your dispatch system but I cannot see your trips and it cost you zero dollars........20 systems and everyone wants a share of the pie - what is left for the chauffeur and the operator NOT MUCH..

We found that EVERY city is DIFFERENT and being able to extract the common relationships our project began, this there is logic[music] but you dance and still have fun

It is great to read all comments; we have BIG ears and and love to LISTEN.

Cheers
From Down Under
