That's why half a century ago "SF" was broadly agreed by a lot of the community to better stand for "speculative fiction" - see the letters page of any SF magazine of the period (Analog, F&SF, New Worlds, etc).

Unfortunately, the mass media never learnt that, and so the S of SF is doomed to be "science" - eternally stranding SF in the wider public eye in a sort of never-ending pulp era Twilight Zone, inhabited only by rocket rangers and little green men.

I get the exact same error. Firefox 3.5.3.
