I had a client whose WordPress site looked atrocious in the frame, which made them look bad for their launch. Furthermore, a link from PRWeb carries nice PageRank - provided you don't start nofollowing these links.

Re: 5 Useful Tools for Conducting International Keyword Research

Great post. I don't care so much about the large corporations with deep pockets that knew the risks they were assuming by talking a walk on the wild side. It's the business owners who took out a second mortgage to pay for SEO services just to be left bleeding out by Penguin I care about. To give these SMBs the ability to offset these damages without having to shell out thousands of dollars to an SEO agency that may or may not get them cleaned up is a step in the right direction, I think. This could provide an affordable solution that will ultimately clean up the SERPs and give companies a chance to get back in the game.

Re: The Bitch Slap: Knowing What Scares You

Wow. I've been thinking about this post all day. A blog post hasn't hit me this hard in I don't know how long. It's one thing to face your fears (hard enough!), but to publish them exposes our cowardly tendency to hide them from others and pretend we have everything under control. For someone as intensely private as I am, I'd have to say my greatest fear is most likely exposure. Thank you for taking a swing at that today. #respect

Re: June 16th Google Update? You overstate your point. That said, not all data sets are friendly to pivot tables. But in the example you state, you could easily replace the nulls w/ a value greater than 100 and then filter those rows out or just note that any value greater than 100 = null. Problem solved.

Re: How To Manage Big Data With Pivot Tables

Right???
