1. Where was the school administration after the shooter made dozens of threats? Being paid bonuses for NOT reporting threats or criminal activities is not living up to your responsibilities!
2. Where was the Police Department after the shooter made dozens of threats received by the Police Department?
3. Where was the Sheriff's Department after the shooter made dozens of threats received by the Sheriff's Department?
4. Where was the F.B.I. after the shooter made dozens of threats received by the F.B.I.?
5. Where were the students who were living the "See something, Say something" policy the school administrators were supposed to be teaching and adhering to?
6. Where were the Sheriff Deputies during the actual shootings?
7. Why would four Sheriff Deputies fail or just flat out refuse to go into the school once the shootings started?
8. Why are there six or more Sheriff Deputies guarding and protecting one Sheriff's Deputy now, when there was four or more Sheriff Deputies who failed or or just flat out refused to go into the school?
9. Why did every Sheriff Deputy on site refuse to stand up for the High School students under attack? One is always a possibility, but four or more raises some very serious questions about the Sheriff's Department and how it is being managed?
10. The N.R.A. does not sell guns, has never had a member participate in mass shootings and teaches more about gun safety than all other entities combined, so why the co-ordinated attack on the N.R.A.
If any one of those listed above had fulfilled their responsibilities to the students and society, there wouldn't even be a conversation taking place!

Procter & Gamble (PG) also launched its Russian unit in 1991, and the segment has grown to become one of the largest for the consumer goods giant.

Boeing (BA), Chevron (CVX) and ConocoPhillips (COP) have also been heavy investors. Between 1992 and 2009, Boeing spent $5 billion in Russia.
