I was a cardiac anesthesiologist for 50 years. Does anyone need a heart operation to prolong life? Not according to the Sebelius healthcare recently exposed by its progenetor, some people live and some people die. Reminds me of the days at Stanfords OR when the surgery residents would come back from a stint at the Kaiser Hospital ER moonlighting session. They worked under the local supervisors order, " Don't make a diagnosis on those who come to the ER, if you make a diagnosis then we have to treat that diagnosis and 'Treatments cost money'. Maybe that is why Teddy Kennedy used the Kaiser Program as his model for Government Universal Healthcare, n'est ce pas??
