Best response/experience I have had when responding to a LEO question about a firearm. LEO: "Do you have a gun on you right now?" Me: (Shrugging and smiling) "Of course!"
LEO was glad because I had called him to clear a house with a squatter in a bad neighborhood. In my experience, when you are relaxed and respond like its no big deal, LEO's respond like its no big deal. Because it really isn't a big deal.

Funny thing is, if she wanted to stop and "get" O'Keefe, she should have stayed in her office and told them to leave and even call the cops and have them trespassed. She obviously wasn't thinking straight. Going outside has her lose any claim that they couldn't record her and publicize it.

The harm is that it gives government agents free reign to treat everyone as "guilty until proven innocent" under the pretext of "ISIS and Terrorism". Freedom can and is then kicked to the side.

Delaware v Prouse Unlawful for officers to randomly pull over motorists and demand license and registration. Must have probable cause (broken tail light, speeding...anything) to pull over car in the first place.

You can only use your PPS-43 with the brace mentioned above if the PPS-43 is classified and sold as a pistol (which I don't think it is). If you do buy a semi-auto PPS-43 as a pistol, I think you could use this brace because the ruling is about the brace not being classified a "stock".
