Come on man. Was Jerry not the owner when the girls were still the Cowboys? The problem with the team is not the owner. The GM does succeed in putting talent together sometimes. Making the talent work for you requires a coach with resolve; one that can get his players to play with a sense of responsibility. That and a number of other things such as throwing the ball to T.O and #11 will put the team back on track.
