Mr. Bevilacqua by his own admission was never told the program would be adopted. It was actually thoughtful of Phil to reimburse him for the gas to make the trip to Ohio in January.<br>I cannot believe that this issue would prompt the need for legal resolution especially when he was never authorized.</p>dietieSun, 06 Sep 2009 09:31:03 -0000
