Is itunes recognizing your phone at all? if it is you should be able to hit alt/option + restore then browse to the old software bundle and restore (or to the legit 2.1 bundle) then try to use quickpwn. I have an ipod touch so it may be different for me.

Re: PwnageTool 2.1 and QuickPwn 1.1

did you download the 2.1 firmware?

Re: PwnageTool 2.1 and QuickPwn 1.1

i couldn't get it to work at all with pwnage tool. i used quick pwn and it works fine. try that.

Re: PwnageTool 2.1 and QuickPwn 1.1

i keep getting this too. i havent found a fix for it yet. any luck?

Re: PwnageTool 2.1 and QuickPwn 1.1

whats the name of that backup app?

Re: PwnageTool 2.1 and QuickPwn 1.1

i would like to know this as well, except I have the ipod touch with 2.0.2 firmware.

Re: PwnageTool 2.1 and QuickPwn 1.1

How can I update to the 2.1 software on my jailbroken 2.0.2 ipod touch? Do I need to update to the 2.1 software first then go through the jailbreak process again or can I just use pwnage tool 2.1? I downloaded the 2.1 software but did not install it and I can't find it in my computer. I assume that is the firmware bundle I should use to make the custom firmware... ?

Re: Patrick's Tumblog

This one is better! :-)
http://i421.photobucket.com...
ps. its weird looking at java from that angle.

Re: Patrick's Tumblog

Replace that with "anyone you care about deeply." I heard a story of a woman going in to deliver a baby and they put her under. When she woke up her legs were gone and they offered no explanation.
