Yes, although this is a separate theory all together, I've been wondering if Charles Whitmore came to the island from the alt/flash sideways timeline or from the original timeline? What you are describing would tie into HOW it might be possible that Charles Whitmore, Zoe & company may have actually come from the "flash sideways" timeline.

good points. the only thing I can think of in Jacob's defense is that perhaps Jacob is keeping humanity going by bringing people to the island. In other words each experiment in bringing people to the island keeps humanity going that much longer so even though some people may die on the island the whole of humanity is saved for the time being.

it just occurred to me that "Still Night, Still Light" could mean 2 different things; and actually 4 things if you mix matched the original 2 - so then i guess it could end up meaning 8 things if reversing the order of the first 4 would count......

at any rate i just can't wait for the US release!

thats ANOTHER reason I feel fortunate to live in the Chicago area (the other being able to drive past Barak Obama's Hyde Park house anytime) i sure hope you guys will be able to play in this area sometime! (Schererville, IN would be even better! )

its not so much the dead plants as what you've been doing over the past 3 weeks that interests us. we're fans! so that means we're interested in hearing what exciting things have happened that lead to the sad demise of our partners in photosynthesis. Its more the journey and not the destination that we're interested in. :)
