Thanks. I was on Safari and it didn't work. Chrome did the trick. Still trying to figure out what I need and why as far as reports but it at least installed the various plugins.

I try to import from the Google Analytics Solutions Gallery and I get a message at the top: "Unexpected error please try again".

Great to hear about Coupon Pop! It really has performed for us. We noticed that sharp increase in subscribers as well.

If you use Boost Suite spend time getting the right partners not every partner. Visit their sites and see if it matches your demographic.

The founder of Boost Suite also recommended that I reach out to similar sites that match the demographic and get them to join and we share the traffic. I get that it will get more paying customers to his product but if he is a facilitator and I have perfectly aligned brands it is well worth the money.

I had a call about Traffic Booster yesterday and the CPC is still performing. Make sure you put their pixel in so they are getting the credit for the sale when you look at Google Analytics. If you need a contact let me know. We just doubled our budget with them to test it out before the holidays.

Sorry to hear.

Did you check your Google Analytics? I am not a fan of their dashboard reporting tool.

Their display ads didn't do well so I asked them not to use them. They do help drive traffic so if you have retargeting set up it does help with that.

Their CPC which is under "stry/trafb" on Google Analytics is doing really good.

Go to Google Analytics under "Acquisition" then select "All Traffic" then select "Source Medium".

You should see "stry/trafb"(paid search) and "ad.directrev.com/referral" (display). I then select "Ecommerce" to see the story.

We are about 1.5% higher conversion rate with a $1 more per section value and about $4 more in average order value using their CPC. It has brought in $15k in revenue with under $5k spent according to Google Analytics.

If you use another service that is working let me know!

I have been spending money with Boost Suite. Their owner is really sharp and a good guy. It wasn't working out so we have done multiple calls and are perfecting it for the holidays. Things seem to be getting better.

I use Traffic Booster by Storeya.
They do display and SEM. Display didn't work for my brand not saying it won't with yours. It drove traffic but little conversions. SEM crushed it. Better than what it did by far when I set it up with Google and some friends who do SEM.

Have you checked out a trade calculator? The #2 pick is worth 2600 points and the #14 is worth 1100 points.

No way in hell Big Reg would do that trade even if it was in his favor.

He has a massive line that I could run behind. He can pick up a solid back in the 4th and 5th round no problem.

The DT position is stacked in this draft. He could use a DE, Safety, and LB.

If he did it he would do it for Miles Jack to play him at LB or Safety.

Bosa is overrated.

They can probably get Vonn Bell in the 2nd round. They could get Derrick Henry at their spot if they want an RB.

Pick the best player on the board who has good character.

Yeah, they had a ton of injuries on OL too. When Hudson is out it hurts us bad!
Looking at the mock draft I kind of like Ezequiel Elliott pick. Next year Latavius is a UFA. This gets us a young guy locked up in a rookie deal to help Carr. If he is the best player in the draft and the best RB in the past 10 years that could be huge for our offense.

I believe it is all won in the trenches.
I think DT's are deep this year overall and there are a ton.
I am all for the best OL/C on the board for the first three rounds. It isn't sexy but it protects Carr who is the key to everything.
Players are coming to Oakland because of Carr and Mack. Take care of those two players and getting FA's will come and not at a crazy price.
I like Penn and he did perform throughout the entire season. He took less snaps in week 17 but still performed. I don't think you give him the big money deal that he wants. But if he doesn't want to move his family and stay with a team on an upward trend he should sign and will do a great job as a player but also a mentor to the young guys.
Attached is his PFF ratings. he was ranked #11 overall at the Tackle position.

Always pick the best guy on the board. We need the depth and as long as they are a good football player with good character I will be happy. Try not to get a DT early because there are a ton of them. I wouldn't mind a stud RB but a great O-Line can make me look like a stud RB.

With that said...
- Sign Penn (2 year deal).
- Sign Weddle (2 year deal).
- Sign Aldon Smith in November (2 year deal).

Sit on the rest of the money to see who else gets released and any pick up players in case of injury. Also, save the cash to pay Carr and Mack after the season to buy down their deals long term. We can't restructure until after the season has been played.

So far all we have really done is added to the defense since Penn has not signed we really only got youth at the O-Line which is great but Penn in there makes our starting O-Line one of the best. Protects Carr who is our franchise QB and long term investment.

Nobody will notice the reduction in gas at all. That money could be used to improve mass transit, roads, etc... If anything raise the tax while prices are lower and lower it when prices are higher.

Your Linekdin profile says you worked for "Angus" which was owned by E&B. It says January 1984 to Present. Maybe you should update your profile then.
You think I have an issue with oil which I don't.
I think there is a place for it just not next to people's homes let alone a company that has a horrible track record.

Didn't dispute my facts on the votes in Hermosa Beach which proved you wrong. didn't dispute the link I provided where E&B is suing the city of Hermosa Beach. etc... Facts are facts...
The problem you should have being a person who is "3rd generation" in the oil business is not with me. It is with companies like E&B that give the oil companies that actually do great work a bad name.
Imagine if an airline kept crashing their planes. People would be afraid to fly any airline.

You are an oil guy and your parent company spent about $1,350 per vote in Hermosa Beach and still lost.

Midway Sunset is at $35.59 right now. E&B had it at $120/bbl I believe.

You are wrong and a simple google search proves it:

According to the city clerk on the City of Hermosa Beach's website you will see:

Yes = 1,538

No = 5,968

Total = 7,506 votes

Not the entire population in Hermosa Beach can vote for various reasons such as they are under the age of 18.

Oh, and there were 9 significant and unavoidable impacts according to the environmental impact report. So not too sure what you are saying below:

E&B Natural Resources has a track record of issues. I included a link to their spills below. It is not updated with their latest spills.

They are now suing the City of Hermosa Beach even though they lost a ballot measure to allow oil drilling in Hermosa Beach. It was the largest voter turnout in Hermosa Beach's 100+ year history with 79.5% of the citizens shooting it down. They spent over $1300 per vote and still lost.

I saw that Stephen allegedly works for Angus which is tied to E&B. Google Angus's spill in Huntington Beach.

This is HUGE! The reason is Ken Hartley who is running for City Council and is the President of the Hermosa Beach Chamber of Commerce was paid at least $7,500 by E&B Natural Resources to consult for them during their campaign.

The information is publicly available on the city website for anyone to see. I have attached an image that clearly shows he accepted money from E&B Natural Resources.

As the head of the Chamber of Commerce did he use his position to obtain this consultancy?

Since oil drilling could be put on the ballot again in Hermosa Beach would you want to vote for Ken Hartley who was paid by the oil company and could bring the oil company back to Hermosa Beach?

80% of the Hermosa Beach citizens made their voice heard on March 3rd, 2015. Time to move forward and not allow oil to come back to Hermosa Beach in any way, shape, or form!

Love the idea of a doc and paying a fee with updates every quarter or so for a minimal fee. Treat it like software updates, basically what you suggested.

You could use survey monkey to send out a survey to your users and ask for feed back and things they want incorporated into it to build a better version.

I am not sure if Basecamp has the ability but being able to use it as a "template" in Basecamp would make life easier! That is how we manage our projects.

You might want to look at E&B's PAC filings it was closer to $2,000,000 not $1,000,000 spent.

That is the story! They paid close to $2,000 per vote!

If they were making $32,000 per year they should look at the overall amount of hours worked and see if they went over 2,080 hours per year. That is full time employment. That would have them making $14.42 per hour.

They may not have been compensated for the amount of hours worked. When you include travel and per diem.

They should also provide a 401k and medical.

Soccer has a ton of concussions they are flirting with a lawsuit if they don't take care of their players.

I totally see and appreciate your viewpoint. Each city is different just like each business is different.

Property taxes generate 31% of the revenue for Hermosa Beach. A 10% hit from oil drilling could significantly cause budget issues. The money that would come in from oil drilling is very limited. Only a small portion would go to the general fund. As an example according to the Cost Benefit Analysis when oil is $50/Bbl (it is actually below that right now) the city will only make $900,000 over 30 years. That is $30,000/year. Now take that number and compare it to all of the properties that will lose up to 10% of their value and thus get taxed less. That could lose the city money while adding risk.
