Before her pregnancy, she worship Jehovah and after Jesus risen, she must worship Jesus as God and Jesus is nomore her child.

try 'create dos boot disk' then try boot your usb to dos.
(dont install grub4dos, yet)

if you can boot your usb, copy only grub.exe to your usb and put this is config.sys file:
DEVICE=GRUB.EXE
INSTALL=GRUB.EXE
SHELL=GRUB.EXE
or, just try run grub.exe from dos promp

different bios have different boot method.
some bios require a floppy-like bootsector.
other seek for zipdisk-like bootsector.
still other seek for hdd-like bootsector.

i have create 2 bootable usb using 2 different ways.
sometimes, some pc, usb1 can boot and usb2 can not.
other times, other pc, usb2 can boot and usb1 can not.
and sometimes both cant boot while the bios claim to be able to boot usb.

so... you cant boot on 4 pc does not always mean your usb is not (already) bootable.
find more recent hardware (which have more recent bios) which *might* work. or try other methods which *might* be more compatible with your bios.

about the format.
yes it make a different choosing 'create a dos startup disk'
because that will mark your usb partition as bootable.

and if this method works for you, you can always tell dos to load grub4dos.

the other method, try install a linux livecd directly to your usb.
or, try use unetbootin.
etc..etc..

just keep trying...

and if you have linux handy, you can try check with:
cfdisk /dev/sdb
(change sdb with your usb device)
then see if your partition is marked 'bootable'
if not, then mark it bootable and try again.
