I dunno. It overheats ALL the time, but usually only needs about 5-10 minutes to cool off and reboot. I'm really frustrated with it; it seems like it's just one thing after another lately. I'm just really glad I didn't lose anything! I've been planning to get a macbook, but especially after tonight. I've heard nothing but good things about them, and I'm definitely getting one as soon as I'm employed again. Thanks for the offer of msoffice, lovely, I may take you up on it.

I know I'm not really the poster-child for mental health right now, but.. When I first decided I wanted off the meds, I took up a pretty serious, steady regime of intense exercise, very healthy eating, and regular therapy. For years (and even now, when I'm smart enough to adhere to it), it helped a lot. Plus, I had this strategy that I worked out with my therapist: things like staying away from triggers, living deliberately, etc. I dunno, it may sound cheesy or new-agey, but it worked for me for a time.

I hope you feel better, sweetness. I know it isn't easy, but hang in there. You'll get through it.
If you need anything, no matter how big or small, know that I'm here and I've got your back. xo
