Woah! I had a totally different experience at Kleinfeld. I absolutely loved my first stylist (Nora) and then the little old lady who did my fitting. She helped me find a fab new bra and told me I looked stunning every step of the way! I have been recommending Kleinfeld to all of my friends so it's such a shame to hear you've had a less than awesome experience.

My trainer has me totally hooked on doing the stairmaster - and I must say - have gotten SIGNIFICANTLY faster in my running because of it. I do either the fat burner or the interval setting. it is intense but i am absolutely seeing results. also, it does wonders for your leg muscles. they've gotten much leaner and longer from the stairs vs. running - but that's just me.

As I read this, I'm currently eating some avocado with tomato, cucumber, mint and a little olive oil/lemon juice mixed in. It's an awesome snack!

Yo, I am lactose intolerant but yogurt with live active cultures (like greek yogurt) make it digestible for us folks with issues: http://www.askdrsears.com/h.... I still eat some dairy, mainly cheese, just not regularly. Lactaid works like a charm for me if I'm having like cream sauce or stuff with a good bit of milk in it. I stay away from actually drinking milk, as it still does a number on my tum even with the pills.

This annoys me. I hate commenters who say insulting crap but dont man up to it. It's less about the fact that they don't like what you're doing (whatevs, they can have an opinion, even if it sucks), but that they have to be so mean spirited and shady about it. So immature. Yes! But if you don't get to 155 by July 30, you're still just as awesome.

I am the same way though. I have been going back and forth between 170 and 175 for ALMOST A YEAR now. Hence the decision to start training for a half marathon today. We WILL do this!
