I eat fruits and salad while i play games . It makes the experience even more fun. But yeah very useful tips. Vegetables and fruits are very important as food - specially fresh salad and vegetables.

Useful post. Nicely described via image. I am a full time blogger. Some months ago I really did not care about social networks until I realized that almost all my buddies are connected with either Linked In or with Facebook. Even I observed some Digg users that they do no have any website or blog but they are active in Digging content. Same case over the delicious. I myself have now profiles at different networking websites and I see traffic coming from there. Twitter is also a great networking place where you follow people sharing likewise interests.
